We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. We are one block from the ferry lines and sit on the main street. There’s view of the bay and it’s a great spot to watch our summer fireworks. We are three blocks from the snowmobile trail no need to trailer there, and within walking distance of our downtown and the Driftwood Bar & Restaurant. This property shares a parking lot with us so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.
