Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Whether out into nature or off to the city. This place is the starting point for visiting Vienna, excursions to the Wachau or hikes in the Vienna Woods. It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.

Susanna gladly welcomed us and she was very friendly and helpful. The apartman was well-equipped, spacious and perfectly clean. The good location made it easy to reach hiking destinations in a short time by car, and also the lovely old town was a good walk from the apartman, where we enjoyed delicious dinners. We would happily return any time in the future, absolutely recommended! Just like on the pictures.

Rosie's apartment is very easy to access from the train station. Do not rely on the outdoor environment, the accommodation is quiet, convenient and perfectly proportionate. Rosie is at your disposal, very kind and accommodating. The city of Tulln can be easily visited on foot. I would highly recommend it!

Robert was very friendly and nice host. His appartment is located in quite suburb. It was very easy to get from Purkersdorf to the center of Wien by public transport. 7 minutes walk to train station where you take fast comfortable train to Westbanhof. From this hub in Wien you can go wherever you need. Room was small but clean, we could use a kitchen and living room. We will miss you Robert and your lovely daughter Arya! It was a great time in Wien. Thanks!

The pool and garden were immaculate, and the pool itself was such a refreshing treat after a day spent exploring Vienna. The location is ideal — close enough for a quick trip into the city, yet peacefully tucked away in serene forest surroundings that make it easy to relax and unwind. We genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel all the more welcoming and special.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The apartment was lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need. The beds were super comfortable – we slept really well. Parking right in front of the house was completely uncomplicated. We would like to emphasize the nice and smooth contact with Andreas – fast, friendly and helpful. The only small criticism: The apartment was quite warm – a little cooler would have been ideal. Nevertheless, highly recommended – I'd love to come back.

Beautiful apartment in a practical location, neat and clean. Renting bicycles was also a great opportunity for us! Definitely recommended!

Luxury 2BR Apartment - Riverside & Center

Peter's place is special. Spacious and cozy. There is everything you need to have a nice time in Tulln. Peter put a lot of effort into the amenities of the apartment. Great are two balconies. Depending on the time of day or weather, you can choose where you want to sit outside. The large balcony has beautiful furniture and you can enjoy the first coffee sitting there in the sun. Peter and Martin always responded to questions immediately. We were able to reach out to them any time. The location is very quiet and due to the proximity to the Danube, perfect for cycling, hiking, strolling in the small town of Tull, taking a trip to the Vienna Woods, the Wagram or Vienna. The train station is also easily accessible on foot. All in all great :)
