For garden lovers, we recommend visiting the Tulln Garden. Every year, many visitors flock to the numerous trade fairs in Tulln.

Cozy Tiny Apartment

‼️CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT ON AND IN THE HOUSE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM.‼️ Update: The exterior work is completed, the scaffolding is already removed ;) We rent our small cozy apartment, consisting of an anteroom with integrated kitchen and shower cubicle and a living room with a large day bed and seating area. THE TOILET IS SEPARATE AND IS OPPOSITE THE APARTMENT IN THE HALLWAY! IT IS USED EXCLUSIVELY BY OUR GUESTS!

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In our single-family house in a quiet location, we offer our attic apartment for rent. You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.
