Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Betsy was an incredibly responsive host and has an gorgeous home in a perfect spot. The easy access to one of the best kitesurfing beaches in La Ventana was especially appreciated. Her home is unique and feels like a real home. A perfect place to spend time in the area.

Place is great! The condo is an open air model for the stairs. 1 room on 3rd floor with restroom. Kitchen/living on 2nd floor with restroom and laundry. 3 bedrooms on lower floor. 2 with king beds and 1 with 2 twin beds. Very close to the zona romantica, about a 15 min walk to the beach. We walked down to zona romantica and then Ubered back. The street is very steep to get to the house. There is a staffed front desk who provides your keys at check-in. It is a little walk to the condo but the staff helps get your luggage to the condo. It is located with several other similar condos with the beyond yoga retreat. We used beyond yoga retreat for uber purposes because the road names are a little complicated. We had an issue with water backing up in the shower and it was fixed immediately. There is daily cleaning and support staff. I would recommend this place!

Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

This was the most amazing location that I have chosen even though the fact that is shown on Google maps that is like on a dirt road, but if you know about Tulum, the roads are dirt roads ,so that should not be the reason not to go,or for you not to get this. This is a good Airbnb. It was stunning. It was gorgeous. It was beautiful. It has everything you needed. The people were so friendly. The security guy was so friendly and the cleaning guys and the cleaning lady were so friendly. I recommended to anyone that would like to travel and have a spot for two people. They have a magnificent yard view and is stunning. They have AC and hot water and I recommend this honestly 100% to anyone that would like to travel to Tulum for any type of like festival or any special occasion. There were bikes there or you can just rent a car and there’s stores in short location about five minutes walk and if you continue walking with her father, there’s like a lot more store that is so close to go

Everything about this trip was fabulous. I felt super safe. Everyone was kind. The resort was beyond my expectations.

This was a great place to stay! Everything was just as described and Liliana promptly helped us out whenever we needed it. The beach was sargassum-free when many other beaches were closed. The only minor annoyances are the multiple codes and checkpoints needed to get around the facility and neighborhood. Eating out can also be a challenge since there are only hotels nearby, but no restaurants. publrerestaurants.

We had an amazing stay at the House – it truly exceeded our expectations! Fiorella was an outstanding host: always responsive, incredibly helpful, and full of great local tips that made our experience even better. If you have a car to explore the area, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s peaceful, spacious, and beautifully designed. Honestly, we often found ourselves wanting to skip other activities just to stay in, cook, and soak in the stunning views. We didn’t want to leave!

El lugar es realmente increíble, un lugar donde conectar con la naturaleza en calma, lo único a lo que le prestaría un poco de atención es a la terracería para llegar, fuera de eso el lugar es un pequeño oasis en el bosque ! Gracias por las atenciones y la hospitalidad, siempre amables y en contacto !

El departamento internamente esta al 100% . Las áreas comunes del edificio en general están bien (al 95%)solo que le imagino todavía les falta trabajos por hacer despues del huracan.

This is our second time visiting Los Chonchos. Casa Hueso is the newest palapa and is beautifully decorated and clean. Jennifer was great at communicating and helping us find a driver from the airport to the pier whom we could trust with our luggage when we ran into the grocery store in PVR. My kids, 6 and 10, loved the swings around the kitchen island and all the seashells we found. Out of 24 palapas, around 3 or 4 are occupied full time, and others are vacation homes, of which a few rent; so it is quite secluded, with often private beaches. It is a special place and a paradise.

Pictures are exactly as the room looks like, no complains regarding the room or host, quick to respond and was very understanding of my situation. I would book again when I travel

Beautiful ocean view from the 7th corner unit. Centrally located close to the historic center and Malecon. The unit is very clean and had all the amenities needed. The host was always attentive to our questions and was quick with communicating. We would definitely go back.

El apto. esta muy bin ubicado, organizado y limpio. Horacio estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra llegada. En general muy recomendado

O apartamento é muito confortável, a decoração é linda e requintada. O condomínio é completo. A academia é muito boa e a piscina é um show à parte! Nós amamos tudo e nos sentimos em casa. A cozinha é equipadíssima e na frente do AWA tem um comércio muito bom, com padaria francesa, restaurantes e loja de conveniência. Muito perto da 5 avenida. Foi uma viagem excepcional! Valeu cada centavo da estadia. Xavier foi muito prestativo.

Me quedé unos días en el Depto de Vanessa y todo fluyó sin problemas. Esta muy bien ubicado a unas 2 cuadras del Palacio Municipal y a 1 cuadra del Walmart. Fácil acceso a restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia. Queda a pocas cuadras de la 5a avenida que es la parte mas turística de la ciudad. El loft está muy bien decorado y es muy acogedor. El internet funciona a buena velocidad. La alberca en el último nivel del edificio está muy agradable y las vistas son muy buenas hacia la ciudad. El único detalle no imputable ni a la administradora ni al depto es que no funcionó por varios días el elevador, y no estoy seguro si ya lo repararon. Esto para que lo tomen en cuenta las personas con capacidades diferentes. La comunicación con Vanessa fue muy eficiente y responde muy rápido a las peticiones y dudas. Sin duda volvería a quedarme en su depto en futuros viajes. Gracias por todo.

La ubicación está excelente ya que tiene todo a la mano , en cuestión de pocos minutos ya estás en cualquier tienda o plaza comercial, la tranquilidad, seguridad, limpieza y atención que nos brindaron fue muy buena, definitivamente mi familia y yo volveríamos nuevamente a disfrutar de esta estancia. 10 / 10👍

Increíble alojamiento con todos los servicios disponibles para pasar un excelente fin de semana . Las amenidades son increíbles , valen totalmente la pena .
