Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Betsy was an incredibly responsive host and has an gorgeous home in a perfect spot. The easy access to one of the best kitesurfing beaches in La Ventana was especially appreciated. Her home is unique and feels like a real home. A perfect place to spend time in the area.

Very good accommodation, central, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom, everything is fine, only as a detail there is a lot of outside noise from the trucks, but everything else is excellent, if we would come back

Place is great! The condo is an open air model for the stairs. 1 room on 3rd floor with restroom. Kitchen/living on 2nd floor with restroom and laundry. 3 bedrooms on lower floor. 2 with king beds and 1 with 2 twin beds. Very close to the zona romantica, about a 15 min walk to the beach. We walked down to zona romantica and then Ubered back. The street is very steep to get to the house. There is a staffed front desk who provides your keys at check-in. It is a little walk to the condo but the staff helps get your luggage to the condo. It is located with several other similar condos with the beyond yoga retreat. We used beyond yoga retreat for uber purposes because the road names are a little complicated. We had an issue with water backing up in the shower and it was fixed immediately. There is daily cleaning and support staff. I would recommend this place!

Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

We had a great stay at Carla and Sebastián’s place. The host was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests. The apartment was in perfect condition - so clean and even bigger than expected. 24hr security at the front door of building made us feel very secure. We really enjoyed our time here and would really recommend.

Oliviero’s home was beautiful! It was right on the beach and you can literally watch the waves from your bed. The pool is the perfect size and the open concept was great. Definitely hoping to go back!

This was the most amazing location that I have chosen even though the fact that is shown on Google maps that is like on a dirt road, but if you know about Tulum, the roads are dirt roads ,so that should not be the reason not to go,or for you not to get this. This is a good Airbnb. It was stunning. It was gorgeous. It was beautiful. It has everything you needed. The people were so friendly. The security guy was so friendly and the cleaning guys and the cleaning lady were so friendly. I recommended to anyone that would like to travel and have a spot for two people. They have a magnificent yard view and is stunning. They have AC and hot water and I recommend this honestly 100% to anyone that would like to travel to Tulum for any type of like festival or any special occasion. There were bikes there or you can just rent a car and there’s stores in short location about five minutes walk and if you continue walking with her father, there’s like a lot more store that is so close to go

Oh my goodness!! Where do I even begin?? Max and Janet are our favorite people we’ve ever met during an Airbnb stay! We felt right at home with them and they were just so incredibly sweet, kind, and caring. The view was incredible and their garden space was absolutely to die for. This is definitely the spot to book if you’re looking for a perfect distance away from the town but still walkable. It was peaceful and tranquil, and we loved the art studio and being able to get to know Max and Janet! We cannot wait to go back. We have talked every day since about how much we miss our beautiful little spot on the hill. 🥹💕

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and is more spacious than the pictures show. We felt like we had all of the amenities to make our stay comfortable. And there were plenty of towels for shower and pool which is important! Having access to the beach clubs is a major plus, but there are great restaurants in town too. We appreciate that a golf cart comes with the place because it’s definitely a necessity. Eloisa and her team were so helpful and quick to respond to any requests!

The best place I've ever stayed 🤩 everything clean and tidy. Marco is super attentive and ready to help with everything. Very central and safe, covered and secure parking, elevator, kitchen equipped with everything you may need, comfortable beds, absolute silence, perfect for resting after a long trip or work I will definitely choose this place again for my next visit, it's like an "extension of your home" 🥰

Pictures are exactly as the room looks like, no complains regarding the room or host, quick to respond and was very understanding of my situation. I would book again when I travel

Beautiful ocean view from the 7th corner unit. Centrally located close to the historic center and Malecon. The unit is very clean and had all the amenities needed. The host was always attentive to our questions and was quick with communicating. We would definitely go back.

I think everything was wonderful. The air BNB itself was just as pictured, beautiful and clean. The hotel had great restaurants and our kids loved the slide. The beach is so kid friendly, flat lots of space minimal waves. The hotel staff was very friendly and and supportive. The only downside is that they are still under construction on some towers but it really didn't bother us. Definitely worth a visit and a great getaway.

Everything about this trip was fabulous. I felt super safe. Everyone was kind. The resort was beyond my expectations.

The place is clean and very comfortable, it meets everything described (well equipped). The indoor pool is excellent, especially because the space is very nice, clean and with heated water. The apartment is very well located, since you can find everything in the area. The hosts are excellent people, always attentive and helping you have the best stay. (We will return) The pools in the common areas were not so familiar at times, since we had people who do not respect children, with music that is not suitable for them and with games and an atmosphere more for adults, something that gets out of the hands of the hosts, since it is a large set of apartments and the access control is very good, but we solved it by going to the apartment pool.

The apartment is very well located, organized and clean. Horacio was very attentive to our arrival. Overall highly recommended

Beautiful condo. Location was perfect. Close to the beach and 5th Ave.

Loved this place! Perfect for our group of four adults and three young children. Child-friendly pool with shade and shallow areas. Beautiful beach next door. Kitchen has all the gadgets we needed. Only drawback is the distance to grocery stores and restaurants. But there is always Uber!
