We had a fantastic stay at Katia’s place in Messina! We booked it last minute on the same day, and Katia was incredibly accommodating — she welcomed us before the official check-in time, which was a huge help and greatly appreciated after a long journey. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, especially if you're arriving by ferry — just a short walk from the port and central areas, making it super convenient for exploring the city or catching onward travel. Katia was a kind and responsive host, and her hospitality made our quick stop in Messina smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, welcoming place in the heart of the city!

The house is two-level in a modern style, tastefully decorated and very pleasant to stay in. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, really feel like home. Very quiet environment.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet apartment. For those who want to eat at home, there are several supermarkets nearby. Close to a green area located in a beautiful tree-lined avenue. Perfect as a "base camp" for visiting the city. The parking for the car is quite easy. When I return to Messina, I will consider it as the first option.
