Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. It is a ground floor apartment ,about 50 sq.m. , of a two-storey newly constructed detached house ,with its own independent entrance . It has simple modern wood furnishings in excellent condition, with nice colors, and soft (warm) lighting. It is located on the densely planted slope of olive trees, about 600 m east, of the beautiful "Eastern" beach of Kalamata(xenod. Philoxenia). It is a location for all ages, for families with children or without children ,quiet with many olives and few houses.

It is located in an ideal spot for excursions to Koroni, Foinikounta, Methoni, Pylos, Gialova, Voidokilia and at a distance of 30.4 km from Ancient Messini. This is a house with direct access to the sea and is ideal for families and pets.
