The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί.
