Vacation rentals with breakfast in Messenia

We had the most wonderful stay at Stathia and Paul’s. Communication was extremely efficient and Stathia’s warm welcome made us feel immediately at home. She is a very kind, caring, discreet and accommodating host whose house certainly reflects her generosity and life ethics. It is spacious, well-equipped with a minimalist and yet comfortable interior with large windows and balcony overlooking a valley of olive groves where a gentle breeze often flows in the afternoon towards the sea in the distance. It always felt cool even on a hot day. Its location is perfect, a walk away from a village with a small shop, cafés/ taverna and lovely coves and a short drive from Koroni. We love this part of Messinia and have visited twice before but never have we felt both so rested and energised after our two-week stay at Stathia and Paul’s; magical!

Absolutely loved Archico. The photos don't really do it justice, it's a beautiful villa with lovely areas to sit and eat both inside and out. Bathrooms are great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great storage. Great communication for check in and out which was in person (unusual these days and welcomed). Thank you for enabling an early check in. A 10 minute walk to the Giolava restaurants. Parking tight but fine for a regular family car. We would happily stay again.

We stayed two days in the accommodation of Vangelis and Maria. It was like in the photos. It was like in the photos. We stayed in the house in front of the pond. It was beautiful. We were also lucky and although the pool was shared we enjoyed it most of the time as private. For Vangelis and Maria I have no words about how good hosts they were and how they responded to whatever we wanted!!!

As soon as Nikolaos opened the door for us, we said “Wow”! This new apartment is tastefully decorated and is immaculately clean! We loved everything about this cozy nest!!! Comfort, tranquility, quality equipment, very comfortable mattress, ultra-soft bedding and the magnificent terrace with sun loungers and dining table offering stunning views of the fortress and the bay. Finally, we would like to highlight the kindness of Nikolaos' mother with her little touches that we really appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Convenient accommodation close to the old town of Nafplio. Spaces are available to park your vehicle in the adjacent street. Easy exit from the city as well. Booking made at the last minute, Nickoletta was very responsive and available.

High standard holiday house with all possible facilities in place! Well organized by Skouras Real Estate (Oxana). We received a warm welcome and at all times a quick reply if we hd any question. Also a lot of usefull information on local top spots, beaches and restaurants.

This apartment had lots of space and was a great location! It was a little tough to understand the meeting place. The host helped us through it. Once we found each other it was well worth it! The directions were "follow the road to Arvanitia beach, continue right after Arvanitia's parking, following the signs for Nafplio Palace Hotel and Villas and use the parking there (it is under an old building/hotel)." The parking is NOT at the Nafplio Palace Hotel and Villas. A better description would be to "follow the road to Arvanitia beach. Continue to the right after Arvanitia's parking up the steep hill. Use the first public parking area you come to next to an old abandoned building/hotel."

Clean accommodation and close to restaurants and some shops in the village. Balcony with beautiful views of the valley.

We truly had a wonderful stay! The apartment was so clean and contemporary. The location was amazing. We felt very safe. The views were stinning. We would absolutely stay here again!

As Irini introduced, “the house is elegant and harmonious”, very cozy, feels like home! 10 minutes walking distance to the old city, very convenient to travel and eat. We stayed at Irini's home for two days, very relaxing and comfortable! I'm glad I chose Irini's home, it added a nice memory to our trip!

I highly recommend staying at Angela’s place, Sto Spiti B&B!! The setting is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet with many terraces for enjoying the view. The room was pristine, everything clean and fresh, with lovely decor and all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and Angela and her husband were very kind and friendly, I wouldn’t think twice about returning in the future!

A very nice place with beautiful people. The room was big, clean and cool, we didn’t need to turn on the AC, which is perfect in the summer. And the beach is clean and awsome! We highly recommend it!
