Great location and walking distance to the beach and various beach bars and restaurants. The house was very cozy and everything worked well. And it was nice and quiet in the area.

Family stay, four persons - one week We had a wonderful week at the beach house. The house was clean and very nice with great outdoor facilities. Swimmingpool, beach, watersports, tennis, tabeltennis. White Villas/beach house is located at the countryside and you will need a car to get there and to get around for supermarkets, restaurants etc. its a 3 1/5 hour drive from Athens airport. We whent by the Corith Chanel on the way and when heeding back to Athens airport we took a small detour and stopped by Delfi. The house is very close to Olympos, so that's a must see when you are at the house. The beach by the house is a very nice sand beach whit clear blue water. But not fun to do snorkling, not much to see. There is a small village in walking distance where you will find two very simple restaurants. Also a beach bar near by the house/beach, but it seemed very expensive. Kitchen is very simple, but ok for very simple cooking. There is a loot of tour guides provided by the owner. But you should stay at the house because you want to relax and enjoy the sun, pool and beach. and perhaps a visit to Olympos.

2 parents, 2children 9-11, stay 3 night. Kind hosts, clean pool as much as can be assessed given that we went to April, as well as the accommodation with a daily housekeeping staff visit, tennis/basketball courts, playground for younger children, the beach accessible on foot. You need a car for shopping in the nearest markets. Many attractions within reach; a single flaw was with a curtain rod and the first day the water supply was interrupted for about 10 minutes. Probably some random amenity disturbance, unless related to the scarcity of the Peloponnese . Generally excellent value for money.

The view from the bungalows is unique, ensuring a very calm environment during your stay. plenty of beaches nearby, and a famous gorge for those who hike plus some great tavernas within 10 minutes driving distance. the garden is wild and beautiful too and there are sufficient amenities in relation to the cost/night. an excellent stay, with an excellent host - we will come again < 3

A “basic” but fine cottage with plenty of outdoor space and a cute beach terrace for free use. Wonderful in the evenings listening to the waves. Location is literally on the beach! Nice place!!

A little piece of heaven! Nikolitsa is a super (very friendly) host who has created a magical environment with lots of attention to her hosts. She has set up a beautiful garden with lots of surprises for the kids (a tent in the garden where they can sleep, a treehouse, ...). Everything is decorated with taste. The pool is very nice. This is a great address, the ideal destination for those who want to visit Olympia and rest in a quiet and very beautiful environment. In short, a great place. Thanks again to Nikolitsa for his hospitality.

Iris, her husband and son were extremly nice and helpful people :) They showed us the ranch and gave us some tips on local restaurants and points of interest. The guest house was cozy, with only 15 minute walk to the beach. As animal lovers we really appreciated the presence of horses and the dogs Vera and Petra. The guest house had everything necessary, including pots, dishes, stove, coffee and they even prepared a jar of their homemade olive oil and olives that were delicious! Great location - great for taking trips from there. The place was very spacious for the four of us. Breakfast was served at the table and had everything we needed. The pool and terrace invite you to linger with a beautiful view of the mountains still covered with snow. We had a wonderful short stay, but enjoyed it very much.

Nice, small, simple apartment in a quiet location, with car parking spaces on the premises. Everything you need. Ideal for 2 persons. Beautiful terrace with view of the countryside. If the other apartments are also occupied, however, you are already sitting a little close to the neighbors and do not have much privacy on the terrace. However, there are also other seating areas available in the outdoor area, so you can sit a little further away. The beach with 2-3 taverns is only about 10 minutes' walk. A bakery and small shop are also nearby. Otherwise, the village has little else to offer. Communication with Panos was always great! Always very quick response and helpful answers, even proactive information - perfect!

The two of us enjoyed every day of our three weeks in this cottage near the endless sandy beach! Ioannis is a wonderful host. It was like visiting a circle of friends. The house is exactly as described, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, even an oven and freezer are included. However, the taverns nearby are very good :-) There is plenty of closet space, enough hooks, a clothes rack - everything is perfect and lovingly furnished. (Info for back sufferers: The mattresses in the two bedrooms are new, there is a softer large bed and two firmer narrower beds, so something for everyone.) Outside there is a suitable place in the countryside for every sun position - with luck you will be visited by Schildi, the resident Greek tortoise. We would very much like to come back.

Villa Rodon is a superb base for visiting the historic sites of the Eastern Peloponnese. The house is clearly a well-loved family property. This is no boxy modern rental villa - instead it is a family home, with all of the homey touches and little quirks of a house which has been lived in and loved for decades. In that spirit, we enjoyed all of the home's amenities. Our special favorite was sitting on the roof deck on the second story in the evenings as the sunset, looking out over the ocean and the islands, and perhaps hearing the bells of the goat herd that would pass by the house morning and evening. The home can of accommodate a great number of people with its four bedrooms and three baths. We were two couples, and were very comfortable. Nancy was an excellent host, thoughtfully checking on our comfort and always available for questions.

Although I booked this place for the beautiful balcony view, unfortunately I didn't fully enjoy it because I had to visit all the beautiful places around Paul's bangalow. The bangalow has all comforts and even in a rainy day you can enjoy staying on the balcony listening the raindrops in front of you, drinking your coffee in the middle of a beautiful olive grove, from which generous Paul gave us a bottle of olive oil as gift. Paul has made reality the dream of every human, to own a piece of land in this blessed area. I am happy I met Paul because he is a very nice and intelligent man who is always there for you so as to knock out every need you have and I wish I had more time to hang out with him.
