Fire + Ice was a lovely, clean, cosy home and had everything we needed for our new year weekend getaway. We went during the summer months and the Delatite river is just a stone's throw away and the kids had a great time there. The firepit at the house was also a favourite of everyone. Caroline and Duncan were amazing hosts and communication was always prompt, friendly and clear. Will be a great spot for winter as the place is only a 15 minute drive away from Mt.Buller.

Excellent location, a five-minute walk into town and all the great coffee shops and restaurants. Electric blankets on the bed and the heated bathroom floor were very welcome additions to a very comfortable home. Fiona was a great host, very welcoming and friendly in her communications with us.

We had a truly memorable stay! The place was incredibly welcoming and thoughtfully put together—every little detail made it feel special. The rooms were super cosy with stunning views all around. Our two kids (ages 5 and 2) had an absolute blast! We were treated to visits from nature right at our doorstep—beautifully coloured parrots, kangaroos, and even deer just steps away. The amenities were ideal for a family getaway: a great collection of board games for the kids, a pool table for family fun, and a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were super comfy, and we especially appreciated the quality pillows—a rare find in most Airbnbs, and so essential for a good night’s sleep. Beattie and Roger were fantastic hosts—very responsive and kind. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. A perfect family retreat!

Very well maintained BnB on Lake Nillahcootie with wonderful views just 15-20min from Mansfield. The property is on a farm with farm animals to look at and paddocks to roam. Walking along the paddocks by the lake was very beautiful. Came here with my family and there was a lot for my toddler to explore. The fireplace with the gate around it was a bonus! The host is very responsive; we had an issue come up during our stay and it was promptly rectified. All in all definitely recommend for a peaceful and beautiful country stay.

We had the most amazing time at this Airbnb, everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone and would love to stay again. We had a lovely long weekend at Wongabeena. The cottage is extremely comfortable, clean and has suitable amenities for the weekend. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean. The setting was beautiful and relaxing, we could sit and relax or roam the property. Martina and Kas are welcoming and friendly hosts, and we felt at home right from the start. I dare say, we shall return at some time.

Clean room, fantastic sized apartment. Nice new bathroom, was clean and the water pressure was amazing. Cutlery and utensils were extensive and in great condition. Beds comfy and clean linen supplied. The heaters work really well. Overall was fantastic.

The accomodation was great! Really clean and modern unit, and John was easy to get in contact with.

Such a wonderful little luxury bed and breakfast fully contained studio suite, everything is just beautiful with homemade breakfast treats too! Veronica is a lovely host who graciously accepted my late night reservation and greeted me with warmth and kindness.

We loved our stay at Russel’s unit! It was surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife and his place was well equipped for cooking and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Russel went the extra mile by lighting the fireplace each night and letting the kids collect eggs from the chicken coop, an unforgettable experience for them! Thank you so much Russel, we’ll be back!
