Nice little quaint place and super clean. Shower in Master Bathroom was absolutely amazing! Both beds extremely comfortable as well and we were told about a few places near us that were convenient and helpful. Holy Grounds coffee is excellent!

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean, secure, safe, cozy. Cool area by the Library. The Streetcar (free) stops directly outside the building. This spot is not in the dead center of the restaurant districts, which just means it's a little quieter. You can get to the trendy parts of downtown with a 5-20-minute walk (or a 3-10-minute Streetcar ride). So, great location. The apartment is super clean. Everything works and looks nearly brand new. It's a well-kept space. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. No concerns about security. Parking is in a gated deck beside the apartment. The security guard on duty is incredibly helpful - don't hesitate to call them for help finding the parking (if needed) or a general overview of the building. The gym in the building is well-equipped with a variety of machines and weights. Saved me a drive to Planet Fitness. Savannah was quick to respond to any questions I had and communicated well. Bonus: The shower heads are great for people 3'-8' tall!

This was a wonderful solo retreat location. I loved having both a front and rear balcony to sit on and read and enjoy the beautiful weather. I've been to the area before and knew I wanted to be within walking distance of the downtown and small shops. The local was perfect and the privacy was excellent. Having a front main security door and then a security door to the apartment made everything feel very safe but still easily accessible. There was both a parking lot and on-street parking in immediate proximity to the building on a picturesque street. Amenities were excellent and the host was friendly in any messages needs. Highly recommend a stay here

Great spot close to walking trail and park! Very accessible to the surrounding area of Kansas City! Our son loved visiting the park in the morning! The space is very thoughtful and comfortable!

We enjoyed staying here. So relaxing, comfortable, clean, stocked with supplies and treats. Everything, including a comfortable bed, that we needed for a good stay. The patio was our favorite spot to listen to the distance trains and fun birds. (so close to get on freeways too)

This is an elevated stay that is true to the description and pictures. It was cozy, spotless, and beautifully renovated. Everything felt clean, calming, and well-maintained. The neighborhood is suburban, charming, and safe. Nice restaurants and shops nearby. The privacy fenced backyard was a pleasant surprise and great for families. Parking in the garage made bringing in luggage easier! Communication with the host was smooth and low-key, just how I like it. Only downside: the water pressure was not strong… worth noting for anyone who values a relaxing shower. It probably just needs a small adjustment.

We needed a place to stay during a holiday week. We choose this place due to the per friendly, comfortable bed space and great outdoor space. It was fantastic with small touchs to keep our kids happy (popcorn in movie room), our pup happy and ease for us when traveling (dog bowls included). Would recommend the space to anyone!

Michelle was a fantastic host and her home was absolutely lovely! My wife, two young kids and my mother-in-law had such an amazing stay here and it was perfectly located for us to launch off to see family and do things. Michelle’s home had many games and toys for my two little dudes and they were obsessed with the back yard and getting to play kickball back there. We even explored the neighborhood and took a couple walks around the area. It was nice and quiet, which is what we were looking for to unwind a bit! If we needed anything at all, Michelle was quick to respond and she even got us checked in a little earlier as well since it all worked out! We even got to say “hi!” in person! If you’re looking for a very family friendly home that is beautifully decorated and has the space to enjoy things there and also an easy launch pad to go everywhere else- This. Is. The. Place. Thanks Michelle! We’ll be back next year!

Our family came into town for a wedding, and we enjoyed staying at this home. It accommodated us well, was clean, and had a great location. If you have any trouble getting around, I will note that the upstairs bedroom and basement have some very steep stairs, and that it is an old home so is also pretty creaky. There is a lot of room to spread out, and our host was communicative and friendly! Overall, I would recommend this home.

We loved this house! It was the perfect weekend getaway for our crew. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It provided ample space and had all the details you could want, plus more. We hope to be back!

We stayed at this house for a PBR baseball tournament. Location was great, very convenient and accessible. House is an older home that has been updated in an older neighborhood…very quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very nice. The house was well equipped with all that a guest would need. The inside has been recently remodeled throughout, to include a new kitchen and bathroom renovation. The house was very cozy and larger than we expected. Highly recommend. We will stay there the next time we are in the area.

I can't rave enough about these hosts. I had a lot of questions and they were prompt to respond. I also worked with them to have birthday decorations hanging for my daughter as a surprise when we arrived. From the weeks before to the trip, everything about my interactions with them was 5-star. The one piece of feedback I have for anyone considering this as a stay is that if you have any mobility issues, it might not be the right place for you because of the inconsistency of the elevator working. It worked when we got there, then broke, was fixed and broke again within a few hours. The stairwell is winding and narrow and I know it's out of the control of the hosts, but it's something to keep in mind. That being said, even though it was out of their control they did issue me a small refund for the inconvenience.

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

This place was very charming, welcoming and had lots of natural sunlight. It had plenty of space for what we needed it for. It was perfect for a little getaway! The hostess was friendly and communicated in a timely manner. Had no issues at all and would definitely recommend it to others. I hope to stay there again!

A tremendous host and a fantastic rental. Kansas City is an underrated American city and this location puts you right in the heart of it all!

This was a great little condo for our work/visit. Comfortable bed. We slept well from the first night. The location is very walkable. Coffee and sandwiches just blocks away!
