Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Our cozy vacation apartment is located on the second floor and has a free parking space. Bicycles brought along can be parked in a separate basement room and also charged if necessary. The garden with its covered pavilion invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathing. Even small families will find plenty of space with us. A baby cot can also be provided by arrangement. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
