Tastefully decorated, comfortable and well equipped living and kitchen space with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, all accessed via secure and attractive outdoor courtyard. Step outside the courtyard into the trendy Merchant City, with amazing places to eat and meet up. 6 minute walk to central station, George Square and all transport interchanges. I'm very happy with the stay, the ensuite bedroom was comfy and clean, the shared kitchen well equipped and the location quiet, with good bus links into town, or about 20-25 min walk. The atmosphere was relaxed, Fraser was very welcoming, he is a truly great host. Fully recommend!

Stay was a perfect location for our trip to Scotland. We were able to to shopping, restaurants and the TRAIN. Very clean and we felt very safe. It was a learning experience for us as Americans to use the Scotland Washer/Dryer in the apartment. But it all worked great and we always got a quick responses from Nick. Cleaning lady did a excellent in cleaning before we got there!

A solid, brown wooden door features four rectangular glass panes near the top, allowing light to pass through. The doorframe is stone, contributing to the building's character. A keypad is visible to the left for secure entry, and a small address number '17' is displayed on the door.
