Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a wonderful stay with Pascal! His home is absolutely lovely, and we wish we were there longer. A very helpful host! Would come back again

Our stay with Carina was perfect! The place is exactly as described and the loft is super equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

We’ve just returned from the most unforgettable stay — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything was pure perfection. The setting is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds that feel like something out of a dream. The accommodation itself was stylish, spotless, and so thoughtfully put together. The pool area was a slice of paradise — peaceful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. Julien and his family were the most gracious hosts, making us feel completely at home from the very beginning. Very nice accommodation, very quiet with exceptional views, Gilbert is a very discreet host but gives good advice, he knows the surroundings like the back of his hand. The pool is a plus in hot weather. Expect to encounter narrow, winding roads in the area. We would highly recommend this listing.

A very nice stay. Very nice location. A nice accommodation in a well-maintained property. The highlight of this accommodation is the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the beautiful and large terrace.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

We’ve had a wonderful week at Celine’s place. Menton is a beautiful town and it was all right on the doorstep. The apartment was very homely and had everything we needed. The facilities in the apartment were just what we needed for a perfect home from home. We especially liked the balcony and fantastic sea view. Celine’s communication was fantastic throughout and we are already discussing our return!

Ugo is a courteous, helpful and knowledgeable host. It's a beautiful building with a majestic entrance. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. 2 side tables for small items are on each side of the bed. They need 2 small lamps! The closet is in the living room. The owner kept the bathroom with the original bathtub with legs. It would have been nice to have a stand for the shower hand and a hook beside it for the towels. The sink has the original taps, but the cold and hot water are separate! It would be much better if a link to mix both is added. You have to stand in the balcony to see the sea. It's a 5 minutes somewhat steep walk to the building. Parking is available on the street. The building is a 20 minutes walk from central Menton. You can walk on the promenade beside the beach or through the city on the way to the beautiful old city. There are many bakeries, patisseries, cafés and boutiques. The Market has local delicious food. A free bus tours the city. An enjoyable stay!

A wonderful stay in the perfect apartment! This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Meeting Marco in person at the property for a short induction was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing, and the terrace is simply wonderful; we spent most of our time there, eating, chatting and playing board games. The views over the mountains and the rooftops of Menton were great. The apartment's location is perfect: the beach is across the road, there are several supermarkets (including Aldi) within easy walking distance, and great restaurants by the sea or in the town centre are within comfortable strolling distance. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Beach towels, chairs and parasols were a very welcome addition, and the kitchen and utility room were extremely well equipped. The showers were the best we've ever had in an Airbnb. We can highly recommend this apartment, and Marco is an outstanding host!

We were very well hosted by Olivier's daughter who gave us the necessary information. We spent two nights in the charming apartment, as described and very well maintained. The sofa bed was comfortable. The accommodation is close to the train station, the beach and the city center on foot, which gave us total independence from transport. Beautiful location, like none other in the area. Huge deck with gorgeous views of buildings and hills -- a wonderful space for reading, eating outdoors, or enjoying a coffee. Walkable to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Very special place. Fully stocked kitchen, very functional for making meals at home. Feels like a home away from home. We will come again, and again! Superb!!!!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Lovely accommodation in one of the finest residences in peaceful Menton Garavan. Generous host couple who cared about us. Stylish with all facilities and needs met, surrounded by a wonderful garden. Big plus for the large terrace, the view and the private small pool. We can't wait to go!

Conor's home is in a beautiful location..close to beach and resturants and shops. house is spacious, clean and with strong ACs (a must have in summer in the region) Conor responds quickly to questions and offers many useful suggestions. if in Villefranche, book Conor's place

The accommodation was as clean as the photos, and the terrace view was so beautiful. Sophie responded quickly and kindly and was considerate of the guests. Such a beautiful accommodation! I want to visit again next time!!

my review: It was simply a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom were fully equipped and very clean. We received clear instructions and throughout the entire process, the communication was kind and detailed, with helpful recommendations. After we got off the bus and started walking toward the property, they came to meet us and helped carry our luggage. They were always smiling and helpful—it was a great experience for us. We saw suprise gift on the fridge: prosecco, cola, and Fanta. The view was amazing, and it was lovely to sit outside in the evenings and listen to nature. Thank you very much for the opportunity! my partner: I can’t say any negative thing of this apartment, it was perfect for me. The furnishings of the apartment are wonderful, the view was perfect and the communication and kindness of the owners is outstanding. I really appreciate the care and the sophistication. I was a great time full of happiness for me.
