This 25 m² chalet, set on a 2.5-hectare private plot, offers peace, greenery, and a chance to unwind. Private pool on the terrace from May to October. In winter, there is a hot tub 100 m away, available by reservation until 8 p.m. 25 km from Nice, ideal for hiking, mountain biking, cycling, and exploring the Nice hinterland. Marianne and Hervé welcome you in a simple way and remain available.

Bungalow with veranda and summer kitchen, very private. Private parking with electric gate. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants. 15 minutes from Nice airport and the beaches by car. Swimming pool with bar ,toilet,shower and small summer shop. (All on private land.) I only accept adults. No children. Owner on site And I'm waiting for you to give you the keys and the beep. The Cannes Film Festival is just 10 minutes away from the dwelling . The air conditioning is no longer working.

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin amidst the trees, in a cool and quiet setting between my house and a trailer on the GR 51. The village supermarket is 900 m away and offers local products, bread and pastries.

Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience.
