Minimalist, with simple comfort, conducive to calm, relaxation and to disconnect, our small chalet of 40 m2 including 20 on the mezzanine ( attention sloping roof, miller's staircase) is installed on the same grounds as our house, 3km from the village of Biot, halfway between Nice and Cannes. No smoking inside No WiFI or TV Outdoor toilet (replaced the dry toilet) Reversible A/C Relaxation and sound modeling upon request.

My place is close to the Estéron River to cool off in summer. The entire house was built with materials that respect the environment and the health of its occupants. There are quite a few hikes from the village and for those who like Padel, we have the largest complex in the Maritime Alps on Contes, 15 minutes from the accommodation. We provide an aquabike and a water rower for your well-being. The bed will be made upon arrival.
