Great position and fantastic view of the sea and beach front. However the actual picture on the Airbnb site of the window and sea view is inaccurate ... would be good to have the actual sea view there instead! Well designed and considered apartment, with all needs met. Good to have a washing machine too. Comfy bed settee, and easy to assemble.

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

We LOVED our Menton base (and Menton). The apartment was a generous size for our group of 5 adults, very well set up and comfortable. The terrace is huge and we spent most of our time out there when not out swimming or exploring (old town, Rahmeh gardens, Roqueburne-Cap-Martin, St-Agnes). Also highly recommend dinner L’Orangerie and lobster risotto.

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

The views from this apartment are just incredible! So romantic and peaceful. Thibault proactively communicated before our stay and was very responsive during our stay. Isabelle went above and beyond to prepare the apartment and welcome us at check-in. Villefranche-sur-Mer is a wonderful and relaxing small town that is in a great central location. It has so many picturesque views everywhere you look. There are also many beautiful nearby towns you can easily visit for short day trips. We would love to stay here again.

Awesome Stay! From the Host meeting us at check in to the end, was Fantastic! The place is like out of a movie, The easy check in. Host meet us. Should us all the perks. And how everything works. The building is in a gated area with front door to building required a key fob to get in. All appliances are new and so clean! Restaurants and shops are close and beach is across the street. Look forward to returning next year and to stay longer! 6 nights where not enough!

This is a really special place! It is nicely decorated, stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of space for our family of three. Both bathrooms were updated and attractive. It has lots of places to stash clothes and many electrical outlets. The hosts provided notebooks full of helpful information. Our absolute favorite thing was the rooftop deck! We were up there every day and night. Great views and so pretty with all the cacti. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, beach, and Castle Hill. Be ready for lots of stairs! I counted 97 stairs from front door to the apartment. Inside are more steps to the bed or deck. You have to walk a few minutes for Uber pickup. Not a big deal, but know they won't be pulling up to your door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Nice.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

We’ve had a wonderful week at Celine’s place. Menton is a beautiful town and it was all right on the doorstep. The apartment was very homely and had everything we needed. The facilities in the apartment were just what we needed for a perfect home from home. We especially liked the balcony and fantastic sea view. Celine’s communication was fantastic throughout and we are already discussing our return!

A wonderful stay in the perfect apartment! This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Meeting Marco in person at the property for a short induction was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing, and the terrace is simply wonderful; we spent most of our time there, eating, chatting and playing board games. The views over the mountains and the rooftops of Menton were great. The apartment's location is perfect: the beach is across the road, there are several supermarkets (including Aldi) within easy walking distance, and great restaurants by the sea or in the town centre are within comfortable strolling distance. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Beach towels, chairs and parasols were a very welcome addition, and the kitchen and utility room were extremely well equipped. The showers were the best we've ever had in an Airbnb. We can highly recommend this apartment, and Marco is an outstanding host!

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful apartment. The apartment was fresh, well thought-out, and had a great view of the beach and harbor. Lovely kitchen with everything you need. Very quiet area in the Old Town, just 50 meters from Basilica St. Michel. Laura is a very friendly host who met us and showed us the apartment. A very nice gesture from her was leaving a bottle of prosecco in the fridge along with some biscuits. We would gladly come back here.

We loved our stay at Nina’s place in Cap D’ail. I had a last minute cancellation with another airbnb and booked very last minute with Nina- she was so quick to respond and so helpful to get us into her place. The view was gorgeous and it was very clean. She clearly has attention to every detail and made it a very special stay. There were chocolates, wine, and a hand written note upon our arrival. She also has very clear instructions for how to get in. Would love to stay again in the future!

This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location for the old town, restaurants and the beaches. The apartment is spacious and modern with lovely views. As described the stairs are a work out, but we found the apartment to be worth it! The host was always responsive and helpful. Recommended.

Everything was perfect and we will be very happy to arrange our staying again at Katharina’s place. For sure this is our spot at French Riviera for our vacation.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt – alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Laurent war hervorragend: schnell, herzlich und unkompliziert. Ein großes Dankeschön für den rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Logement très mignon et accessible, proche d'une gare SNCF, très pratique pour visiter les environs et un équipement très fonctionnel, et tout est bien pensé comme les petits détails café, lessives, linges de maison... Les échanges étaient faciles et agréables

Ugo is a courteous, helpful and knowledgeable host. It's a beautiful building with a majestic entrance. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. 2 side tables for small items are on each side of the bed. They need 2 small lamps! The closet is in the living room. The owner kept the bathroom with the original bathtub with legs. It would have been nice to have a stand for the shower hand and a hook beside it for the towels. The sink has the original taps, but the cold and hot water are separate! It would be much better if a link to mix both is added. You have to stand in the balcony to see the sea. It's a 5 minutes somewhat steep walk to the building. Parking is available on the street. The building is a 20 minutes walk from central Menton. You can walk on the promenade beside the beach or through the city on the way to the beautiful old city. There are many bakeries, patisseries, cafés and boutiques. The Market has local delicious food. A free bus tours the city. An enjoyable stay!

Such a nice Apartement. We like it from the beginning ok. such a nice view. the beach is only 10 min walking distance. we really liked everything! would come again any time

Perfect stay for a couple. A car is required to get around. I wouldn't recommend trying to do the trip without a car. The views of Monaco from the dining room are amazing. Air conditioning works well and host is nice. Overall 9/10

We have been to Menton several times and this was the best accommodation. There were occasional disturbances (due to renovations in the apartment next door), but Cecile tried to manage the situation. Ultimately, I recommend this accommodation to everyone because of the kind host, the wonderful environment, and the good value for money. We would choose this accommodation again next time.

Our stay at Yohan’s apartment was amazing. The apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed and the balcony had beautiful views. The location was perfect- about a minute walk from the beach and 10 minute walk into the centre of menton. Menton is a beautiful place and i hope to return to Yohan’s apartment! Isabelle did our check in and she was wonderful. She explained everything and was very kind. Yohan has a virtual booklet including suggestions of restaurants/bars etc, activities, medical- basically everything you could need! Thank you for our stay!

We loved our stay here! The beautiful surrounding, the vegetation, the fresh smell of flowers and the soothing sounds of the ocean - absolutely divine. Fabio was responsive and friendly, and we enjoyed our short stay.
