This is my second time staying here and it’s always great!! The place is amazing and Bradley is an amazing host! Will be returning soon one day!

Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

Had a great and comfortable visit! Very quiet with a private entrance. Close to downtown in a great neighborhood. Friendly hosts. Definitely will stay here again in the future!

We loved this home. The area was great and near everything and the street was nice and quiet for the area. The home was immaculate, the care to maintain this home is obvious! Next time we are in San Francisco, this will be our first choice for lodging.

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful garden, responsive host, ample street parking. Definitely worth the price. Plus there's a hot tub you can use after the end of a long day or before the start of one like how we used. MINUTES away from bars, restaurants, and shopping in Oakland. Great location. This place is beautiful, well-decorated, immaculate and perfect!! You can not find this kind of place anywhere else. We had a wedding venue and it was indeed walkable to the event venue and lots of restaurants. The area is very pretty and quiet. Nancy was very attentive, always responded within a few minutes and gave us her undivided attention. I highly recommend this place for you and your family if you are at Half Moon Bay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The views, however, must be experienced firsthand. Definitely recommend!

The Aerie is definitely a hidden gem, we had such a relaxing time. I didn’t even realize a spot like this was available and affordable in Oakland. It was definitely worth hiking up those 108 stairs. Im definitely coming back!

⸻ I had such a wonderful two-week stay at the farm. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly—especially the sweet little black cat named Teva, who wore a green collar and quickly became a favorite companion. Toni was so kind and responsive, always making sure everything was just right. The farm felt very safe and peaceful throughout my stay. Being in a cabin on a farm, a few bugs are to be expected, but it wasn’t an issue—I came prepared with essential oils, which worked well to keep them at bay. The cabin itself is cozy and compact, but the many windows let in so much natural light that it felt bright and open. The shower was great too—good water pressure and ventilation, though it might be a bit snug for some. Overall, it’s a lovely little escape—close enough to San Jose for convenience, but with a feeling of peaceful seclusion that makes it feel like a true retreat.

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

We really enjoyed our time at Rezan's place! It allowed us to experience peaceful holidays in a stunning environment rich in nature. Rezan and her sister, Nazan, were really friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed support. We are deeply grateful for all that you have done, Rezan and Nazan – we look forward to seeing you again!

Dennis & Tiiu's place was perfect for our needs. We stayed for a week while in town visiting our son, who lives only a few minutes away, so it was a perfect location for us. The location was peaceful and quite. The house was cozy and suitable for two people. It was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but again, it worked for the two of us. The amenities were as described. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely enjoyed! The home was so welcoming and cozy, a picturesque beach cottage. The outdoor space was so beautiful and peaceful. Great location that is quiet and close proximity to the beach and trails. Guliz was very friendly and responsive. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the home. Would absolutely recommend!

The place was comfortable and great for an extended stay! Tidy, cozy, and great location! Very clear instructions for the home and check in. Any time i had questions, they were very quick and responsive! I would definitely stay here again!

This place is great. Nice patio area with chairs. Bathroom is spacious with his and hers sinks. Bed is super comfortable, memory foam. Host is super friendly and helpful with whatever you need.

A recent stay at Robert’s home in Ben Lomond was exceptional. The property felt like home from the pictures on the wall to the books in the bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and toiletries was like walking into our personal family vacation home with everything clean and organized. Upon our arrival, we contacted the owner to let them know we arrived. We enjoyed a welcoming orientation of the property. The location was ideal with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We could not have selected a better place to enjoy quality family time and celebrate a graduation from UC Santa Cruz. This was a super stay and gets our highest recommendation.

My stay in Amy's home was relaxing, peaceful and comfortable. I loved the location - nested against the hills and so close to shops/restaurants. I loved walking the hills in the neighborhood and coming back to a quiet and comfortable space. You are in the backyard of the owners but they are friendly and respectful and the setting is idyllic.

it's a wonderful house and the location is great too! walk to shops, parks, playground....etc also they provided lots of toys and kid books, my kids were so happy stay in there. Walter was really helpful and easy to communicate with.

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

Amazing property & setting, absolutely loved the pool, sport court, etc. Hosts were communicative & easy, will certainly be back for another warm-weather escape.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. The location is excellent, especially if you have young kids as it is next to a great playground. Lots of transportation options nearby and incredibly walkable. Beds are super comfortable. It’s been exactly a year since our last stay, and my only complaint is that the place could use a thorough clean out. There were odd items left behind from previous guests (an electric toothbrush, multiple empty shampoo bottles, medications, etc). The chair in the living room is pretty wobbly and likely is missing a bolt or 2. We’d likely stay here again but hopefully the owner stays on top of keeping this place elegant and comfortable! During my stay at Joann’s place, I felt safe and very comfortable. The whole home is bright and spotlessly clean, with greenery visible outside the windows. Parking was very convenient, and communication with her was smooth throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to cook and enjoy a good glass of red wine. The sofa was cozy and the bed was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful place—thank you!
