We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

Mein Aufenthalt bei Michael war wunderbar. Wir haben uns versammelt und wollten grillen. Das Haus war sehr groß und entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besonderer Dank gilt dem Hausmeister – er hat uns sogar beim Grillen geholfen. Wir hatten nicht genug Kohle, aber er hat uns Holz gebracht und uns damit gerettet. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. The private garage was a big plus as well * Host: kind, helpful, quick to respond to messages * Overall: the best place I have stayed in Vienna so far. Highly recommended to all!

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

Het verblijf was zoals verwacht. Iets verder van het centrum, maar daardoor heerlijk rustig en fijne omgeving en fijne woning met twee kleine kinderen. Alexander en zijn vrouw waren ontzettend vriendelijk en super attent. Absoluut een topappartament en topverblijf voor Wenen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Ein wunderbarer Ort für - vor allem für Kurzentschlossene: Super schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt, eine Stunde nach der Buchung konnte ich einchecken, es wurde alles persönlich erklärt - ich hab noch 2 Decken bekommen 😊 - Die Sauna war an dem kalten Abend das Highlight. Und obwohl ich für das Frühstück eigentlich zu spät war, bekam ich noch einen Espresso. Absolut empfehlenswert und SEHR GERNE WIEDER! Danke!

We are very happy with Alexandra's apartment. It is cozy, beautifully and tastefully decorated with old world charm. Staying there makes you feel like a Viennese! It has everything you will need, all amenities for a home, for a short and long stay (we stayed there for 4 weeks). The apartment is spotlessly clean. Alexandra stocks plenty of towel and linen for the guests. The TV, while a bit small, has Netflix and Amazon Prime which you don't need to sign into your own account. The location is perfect. In a quiet residential neighborhood but only a short walk to the major shopping street, Mariahilferstrass. Plenty of all sorts of restaurants nearby. Metro and train station are within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. You can take the airport bus in Westbahnhof. Very convenient! Alexandra is a very responsive host. She greeted us in the apartment, with a welcome gift of an angel cake (it was very tasty). We are very satisfied with her apartment. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft hatte eine schöne Lage. Perfekt um an die beliebtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen. Auch war die Unterkunft gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für den Preis aufjedenfall sehr gut.

Just an amazing stay, hosts were always easy to get in touch with and had great recommendations! So happy we chose this location for our extended stay, highly recommend 😀

Wirklich nur zu empfehlen, wäre es verfügbar gewesen, hätten wir hier gerne noch mehr Nächte gebucht. Das schönste airbnb überhaupt. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe & sehr viel Platz. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr hell☺️

Die Wohnung war so schön und geräumig, dass wir fast vergessen hätten, warum wir eigentlich hier sind – um Schloss Schönbrunn zu besuchen! 😄 Die Einrichtung ist mit so viel Stil gemacht, dass man sich fast wie ein Adliger fühlt (okay, vielleicht ein moderner). Alles lief wie am Schnürchen, und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

the apartment is good with two beds. I think it is good point for family travel. the location is not center of Vienna and it takes 20 minutes by public transport.

Barbara’s apartment was in a fantastic location for us. We loved being so close to Shönbrunn gardens and a 5 minute walk to the train. Barbara was a phenomenal host who gave us great recommendations and made us feel so welcomed from the very start. The apartment was comfortable for the three of us, it was spacious, neat and beautiful. We loved coming home to it everyday and were sad to leave! Next time we’re in Vienna- we would definitely stay here again.

Впервые вижу квартиру с таким высоким уровнем укомплектования для проживания. Начиная от разнообразной бытовой и кухонной техникой, до очень продуманных мелочей - разные виды шампуней, зарядки для разных видов телефонов, ватные кружочки и т. д. Владельцы имеют большой опыт в приёме гостей и довели свою квартиру до совершенства в плане удобств. Очень комфортная кровать - матрас средней жесткости, что подходит для большинства гостей, мы очень хорошо высыпались. Особо хочу отметить безупречную чистоту в квартире, на кухне, в ванной. Никаких подтеках, грязи, пыли. Видно что уборка делается очень тщательно. Квартира расположена в 5 минутах от 2-х разных веток метро - очень удачно, и мы легко добирались в нужные нам районы. В окрестностях квартиры много кафе, ресторанов, пекарен, Lidl, Billa, Spar. В 10 минутах парк Шённбрун. Спасибо Роман и Каролина за удобное проживание в Вашей квартире, с удовольствием будем предлагать её друзьям и знакомым.

Besonders positiv ist uns aufgefallen, wie gut Christine erreichbar war und wie zügig all unsere Themen beantwortet wurden. Der Self-Check-In war gut beschrieben, sodass das kein Problem war. Bezüglich der Lage hatten wir etwas Baulärm aus den umgebenden Häusern, aber das lässt sich natürlich auch vom Vermieter nicht verhindern. Die Lage ist ansonsten außerhalb, jedoch sehr gut an sowohl S-Bahn als auch Bus angebunden und daher prima für Städtetripps. Wir würden es gerne weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super logement, calme, dans un environnement sympa, proche du métro U4 et des supermarchés. Très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Olga est une super hôte, toujours réactive, arrangeante et à l'écoute. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Tout était parfait !

Dieter ist wahrlich ein Superhost! Ich habe mich in seiner Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Anfang an hat alles gepasst. Ich durfte sogar früher einchecken. Dieter und Gabi sind beide supernett, wir hatten einen lieben Plausch am Anfang. Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Und alles funktioniert bestens. Die Matratze ist bequem (nicht selbstverständlich!). Besonders der begehbare Kasten ist ein Plus. Am allerbesten hat mir die Fürsorge und das Vorausdenken, was der Gast brauchen und schätzen könnte, gefallen. Es sind die liebevollen Details wie Wanderkarten, Buntstifte, Erste Hilfe Kit, alle möglichen Teesorten etc, Kochgeschirr - kurz: viel mehr als die übliche spartanische Ausstattung mancher Airbnbs. Ich würde sofort wieder in Dieters Wohnung bleiben. Mein Aufenthalt dort war ausnehmend schön.

The Ronen's place was just perfect. The flat is located very close to Schönbrunn Pałace and beautiful city park. Very well communicated with the city center by U-bahn and autobuses. Ronen came to us personally for the check-in, which was extremely nice and kind. I am fully recommending Ronen's place for stay in Vienna!
