We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

My stay at Michael's was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to barbecue. The house was very large and matched the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks to the caretaker – he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Macy's house was just amazing. I was on a work trip with two colleagues, attending a conference at Kaisermühlen/VIC. There were three separate bedrooms, one in the basement, one on ground floor, and one upstairs. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Lots of space, clean place. It took just a bit more than half an hour to reach our conference venue. Vienna city ticket for public transport is valid all the way to Gerasdorf, which is not part of the city of Vienna. Bus 510 connects to Leopoldau, the terminal station of line U1. Macy was welcoming us in the house when we arrived and was really flexible with our last minute change of arrival time. Everything worked really smoothly. A warm recommendation!

We had a great time in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace without a view is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only a 5-minute drive. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

Will come again any time. Angelika is completely straightforward and super friendly. The cottage is cozy and very nicely located.

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

Nadine was very flexible. We were able to move into the accommodation before the specified date. Nadine and Jürgen were very friendly and helpful. If you like it quieter, this is the place to be.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was perfect. l couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great stay, very friendly - very clean

The resting place is very private, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is close to entertainment venues and the river. Parking is in the building and very convenient.

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Michi's! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches in every corner. Our only regret was the rainy weather, and our only wish, that we had stayed longer. Dear Michi, thank you so much for your warm welcome and for being so helpful throughout our stay. We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The place is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically equipped. There are numerous ways to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right outside the front door there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach Vienna city center in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets very close by. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. Electric charging station for cars just 100 meters away.

Sylvia was so responsive from the initial booking through our entire stay. She was wonderful to work with and made sure we really felt at home. The location and the accommodation was so impressive and so excellent for the price. The pool and the area really made this stand out. This is a host and location that you want to stay with and at!

We loved Even's house. The pool was great. The house was exactly as described. There were only two coffee machines. It would be nice to have as many as the number of days we will stay. Thank you, we will come again

We had four wonderful days in Gioia's apartment. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, very nicely furnished, you feel right at home. The highlight is the great roof terrace.❤️ Various shopping facilities are within walking distance and the stop right outside the door is perfect, so you can easily get to the city center. Beautiful apartment and great location! The place is even bigger than in the pictures and very well stocked with anything you could need for a short or long stay. Regina was extremely communicative and responsive. I had a great stay with my parents who are elderly and needed a place with an elevator. The building has a couple of steps to get inside but there are always handrails. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting to be close to everything but no necessarily in the old town center.

We are truly glad we came across Christian's place for our stay in Vienna, and more so came across Christian as a person. The place is accurately described and looks better than the photos. It is just a few meters away from U4 and Supermarket, We made great use of both. The home has all the modern facilities suited for a confirtable stay, and everything works and is maintained. Add to that, the balcony was super spacious and has a great view. Christian is a great host. He was helpful, warm, even paid us a visit to help us understand the appliances. He was super responsive all the time, and we truly felt looked after. I would recommend Christian and this place without any second thoughts. Everything was as stated, a clean and very comfortable space, a very welcoming feeling. Valeria provides an excellent stay, and made us feel right at home. The balcony is a big bonus, great views, great place for a meal, great place for a glass of wine at the end of a day of hiking and exploring . Would absolutely stay there again. Great hiking nearby, lots of really good restaurants and heurigers within walking distance.

We stayed at Norbert's apartment for four nights with our two 12- and 15-year-old children. The apartment is small but completely sufficient for four. We liked the views over the rooftops and the quiet location.

I highly recommend Wilfried’s amazing apartment. Incredible view, very stylish, well appointed and I loved the neighborhood.
