Vacation rentals with a patio in Meidling

Beautiful, bright modern apartment. Exactly as described in the advertisement. The large roof terrace with seating was also great. Heike sent clear instructions a few hours before check-in, so everything worked out smoothly. Right outside the door there are various restaurants and supermarkets. Due to the proximity to the U-Bahn and tram, you can quickly get to the city center. We would definitely book this apartment again and again for a stay in Vienna.

Brand new and very clean house. Beautiful view of the Danube. Close to the subway, 15/20 minutes by bike to Sthephansplatz.

The beautiful apartment is located in a quiet location and supermarkets and public transport are within walking distance. The hosts are very friendly and have always been easily accessible. The apartment has a great balcony and looks like the pictures.

A Wonderful Stay at Apartment Gloriette! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apartment Gloriette. We chose it specifically for its proximity to Palace Schönbrunn, and it did not disappoint—we loved taking walks and runs in the beautiful surroundings. The apartment itself was bright, comfortable, and spotless, making it a fantastic home away from home. The only small suggestion would be to add a showerhead holder, which would make it easier to use the bath as a shower. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Very nice flat with all amenities in a quiet suburban location in Moedling. The walk to the train station was very pleasant and enjoyable after which it is very easy to get to many locations. Daniel was very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend it and hope to stay there again in the future.

Amel has been a great host always ready to help his guests. We loved his apartment in Vienna—it’s spacious, beautiful and very aesthetic. We are truly glad we came across Christian's place for our stay in Vienna, and more so came across Christian as a person. The place is accurately described and looks better than the photos. It is just a few meters away from U4 and Supermarket, We made great use of both. The home has all the modern facilities suited for a confirtable stay, and everything works and is maintained. Add to that, the balcony was super spacious and has a great view. Christian is a great host. He was helpful, warm, even paid us a visit to help us understand the appliances. He was super responsive all the time, and we truly felt looked after. I would recommend Christian and this place without any second thoughts. Go for it for a worry free stay, we certainly will whenever we are in Wien. Thanks a lot Christian for your attention, focus and warmth. Danke und Auf Wiedersehen, Kshitiz.

My stay at Michael's was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to barbecue. The house was very large and matched the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks to the caretaker – he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

We were 6 people. The place was very clean, as good as new and modern. In great weather, we could sit on the beautiful terrace. Murat was very nice and solved our problem without hesitation with the request to provide another parking space. Thank you for that ♥️

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

Nadine was very flexible. We were able to move into the accommodation before the specified date. Nadine and Jürgen were very friendly and helpful. If you like it quieter, this is the place to be.

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

Patricks place was an excellent stay! Great location and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the u-bahn and most of all it was nestled on a very quiet street. I will definetly book Patricks place when I return back to Vienna. Patrick was a very responsive and friendly host and always checking in to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Very bright, spacious and quiet apartment with a great roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even has air conditioning (which is not unimportant in summer, as the apartment gets good sun from noon ;-)). There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance, as well as various public transport (e.g. U4/6, bus 12 A, tram 18) within a few minutes' walk and you can get to the famous sights super fast. A parking garage is available in about 10 minutes' walk and if you get the appropriate parking app for the stay, you can park your car for less than €8/day. There are hardly any cafes (e.g. for breakfast) or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but due to the short distances with the public transport, that was not a big deal for us. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a trip to Vienna. The contact with the landlord was also quick and straightforward.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

Everything works perfectly. Make sure your phone is able to make a call for opening the building door. We had some trouble getting to garage at checkout coz the door was locked so we needed to walk thru the garage gate to get in. Except this, no any other issues. Jenny was very helpful and responsive all the time. Thank you.

Everything was great – a big thank you to the hostess for her flexibility and spontaneity! She even allowed us a late check-in at 12:00 am, which is really not a given. A later check-out would also have been possible, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished and really had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and you felt comfortable right away. The location is also great: In the building itself there is a Billa and several restaurants, which is extremely convenient. The connection with public transport is also very good. The infinity pool on the 31st floor was a highlight – unfortunately, we could only use it briefly due to the weather. The view from the apartment on the 12th floor is also beautiful, despite the proximity to Tower 3. Communication with the host was smooth and very friendly at all times. We were completely satisfied and would come back at any time!
