The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, markets and with easy access to the main points of the city. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and ensure that everything was right. The view from the terrace is a charm apart from watching the sunset from there was one of the best parts of the trip! I highly recommend the accommodation and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city. Thanks for everything!

Excellent location, very well located and clean. Very well equipped, everything thought of what the guest might need, from kitchen items, cleaning, etc… Very good indeed! And the condominium also has a convenience store, which makes it much easier if you need anything. I highly recommend it!

I stayed 4 nights,with my son and my husband,and we liked the stay very much and the host Fabrício was very helpful,always responded quickly.The condominium is very complete, reception staff were very friendly and gave several tips of places,plenty of leisure and fun options,and not to mention that the Bombinhas beach is all good,we enjoy and have a lot of fun, I recommend the beach 🏖️ and the apartment of Fabrício and Andréia , when another opportunity arises, we will return for sure.

The building, very well located, I already knew it because I was in another apartment. Leticia's apartment is beautiful, it is on the 7th floor, very well equipped, spacious with a wonderful view. 1 easily accessible parking space for a van. Obviously I recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back.

Clean place with an amazing view excellent stay

Excellent stay. The condominium has 3 swimming pools (one heated and two not heated), gym and dry sauna. The apartment has a very large and comfortable bed, gas shower and barbecue with a good balcony, overlooking the pool. The host was very attentive, fulfilling all my requests for changes and answering questions promptly. Recommend! Great!

Great stay, the apartment has a wonderful, spacious and comfortable view. Besides that Balneário is an extremely safe place. I'll definitely come back more often.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

The very well-equipped apartment I did not miss anything and the building is beautiful, well worth the well worth pool area if we needed something had the market in the building, for those who are on foot the beach is a little distant but you can get away with Uber that is easy to pick up and is not a high value

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

Wonderful! Extremely clean flat, everything perfect, brand new and tasteful, a spectacle. We loved the stay, the view is a show apart, possibly one of the best views of Balneário, it's like you're in the movies, we loved it. The bed part also has a well-closed blackout and custom-made furniture. Patricia is very sweet and responds immediately when needed. The building has amenities such as an internal market, laundry, a mini cafeteria. Very close to the building there is a large market, pharmacy, super well located. We will be back.

The stay was great, the house is simple, the night is quiet to go out or rest, you can walk to the beach, the house is close to a super affordable restaurant, there are also bars and grocery stores nearby. Estopinha also loved it and was super nice in the house, which is all fenced in while I went to the beach. João and Hélder were attentive and solicitous from check-in to check-out.

The place is amazing. It has a wonderful view, large apartments, well organized rooms, kitchen with various utensils, good bathrooms. The pool area holds a large group of people. The last deck is perfect for a slightly higher sound and still has a barbecue, wood oven and a refrigerator. The place is great for a get-together with friends or family, with or without pets. The quietness and privacy of the house is special.

It was a very amazing experience! First time in Balneário, Fatima and Adi were super helpful, gave us tips on places that were essential. Beautiful and extremely cozy place and we will definitely be back.
