Beautiful penthouse in Meia Praia Itapema-SC. 300 sq. meter apartment with 5 large en-suites and a half-bath. 70 sq. meter balcony with barbecue and brewery. Living room with 65" TV and Wi-Fi. All rooms with air conditioning. Very well located apartment, in downtown Meia Praia, Rua 251 ✅ 2 parking spaces ✅ Building has an elevator ⛔️We do not provide bed and bath linens. However, we have an agreement with a rental company for these items, if you need them, request a quote. We provide pillows. Apartment renovated in Sep/2025

In the central area of Meia Praia, oceanfront building (side apartment). Close to bars, shopping malls, restaurants and pharmacies. It has a barbecue grill, internet, garage, 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite with a double bed) and 2 single beds, 1 social bathroom, fully furnished apartment and full kitchen. Bath towel and bed linens. We don't have a beach umbrella and chairs, but you can rent them at a stand in front of the apartment :) Note: There is currently a nearby construction project in progress (in the finishing phase).

It has a spectacular balcony, with armchairs and a barbecue area, where you can see the sea from a view of the entire Itapema and Meia-Praia beaches. The apartment is close to supermarkets, Havan, restaurants, bars, public transportation and the city center. You'll love our space because it's in the quietest part of the beach. Our apartment is excellent for couples and families (with kids).
