I recommend this accommodation, you can't find better in terms of location, you're facing the sea and even if the weather is not nice you can enjoy the view behind the large windows, the house is very well equipped, ideal house for gatherings with family or friends, bike path just opposite, easy to park off-season. Very responsive and available host.

Allen is an excellent host who gave us a lot of information and tips. He's also super likeable ;-) The location with the few meters to the stunning beach of Soulac is amazing. You should also not miss the market hall in Soulac, which is only a 10-minute walk away. We can recommend Soulac sur Mer, the accommodation and Allen 100%.

Small quiet and peaceful village, perfect for recharging and resting. Nice house with all amenities surrounded by a beautiful garden. We were also able to enjoy a very nice indoor pool. Recommended for people who love nature.

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a short walk from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very attentive, with simple and pleasant communication throughout the stay. The accommodation is a real little cocoon, beautifully furnished, with a refined and soothing decor that invites you to relax. A little gem that I recommend without so much as a second thought! The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Conclusion: it was perfect, you can go there without so much as a second thought.

very beautiful location that delivers a splendid view of the bay of Pontaillac. possibility of walking or biking along the dike to take a walk. relatively close to shops and restaurants facing the beach of Pontaillac. i highly recommend it.
