5 minutes from Royan, completely renovated studio, on one level with terrace and small patio. for 2 guests. Private parking, close to amenities, quiet and well-equipped. Sheets and towels provided from 2 nights, for 1 night I ask €10 for cleaning. The accommodation is adjoining my home but set back, preserving privacy. Rental for a minimum of 2 nights, in summer.
