La Little Casa is a pleasant atypical accommodation in the heart of the seaside town of Royan that can accommodate up to 4 people. This cottage, where we welcome you, is adjoining our house but offers you total independence as well as a private parking space and the possibility to park more cars in a parking lot opposite the house. It consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a bedroom.

You will have 2 private parking spaces and a fairly large garden. 3 very cozy bedrooms upstairs for a total area of 80 m2. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom.
