Vacation rentals with lake access in Meadow Woods

Beatriz was an amazing host very accommodating and responsive. The house was exactly as pictured clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My family and I especially enjoyed the pool, and the neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, with everything just a 10-minute drive away. I truly appreciated Beatriz’s kindness and prompt communication throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would love to stay here again when visiting family. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Came for a birthday vacation and I def chose the right place to stay! The airbnb was close to Disney parks and gift shops. The home was just like the photos, everything was clean and beautiful 😊 The pool was so refreshing and clean, plus had a nice view of the pond. We even decided to stay an extra day, Dinara was super accommodating. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful home and great for the group's needs. We were able to get Doordash with no issue, use the kitchen and grill as well, kitchen was fairly well stocked for simple, large volume family style cooking and serving. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, as was common area. Didn't get to use the pool, but it was lovely to sit by in the morning with coffee. Would definitely be back!

The number one thing I loved was Michael’s communication. His replies were quick but thorough. He really took the time to explain and recommend things to do, and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Secondly there’s parking literally right in front of the door which makes unloading luggage a breeze. Quiet environment, comfortable beds, the kids loved the toys 🧸. It was a 10/10 stay! :)

Laura was great, very responsive to our messages and dealt with everything promptly. The villa was lovely, really clean and well presented, just as expected from the photos. We had quiet of bugs in the master bath tub, Laura assured us this is due to the season and being by the lake however, very quickly organised someone to come out and spray them the next morning and we had no more bugs the rest of our 2 weeks stay!! The pool was lovely, the kids absolutely loved it. There were already inflatables there for the pool which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the distance from the villa to Disney and universal. On average, it would take 45 minutes to get to Disney factoring in traffic. To get home late at night we would average 35 minutes with light to little traffic. Universal was averaging 1 hour to get there in the morning and about 45 minutes home at night. This meant we couldn’t “pop back to the pool” in the afternoon heat as would take 1.5-2hours of the afternoon.

We absolutely loved staying at this house! The Lakeview was breathtaking and we got to see a lot of wildlife. The house had a great pool & spa, a hammock, a fireplace table which was amazing in the evenings. We had a great stay, Thank You!

Stephanie's townhown was just perfect for my mother-daughter getaway. It was pet friendly, and my small doggies felt right at home. The location was perfect being right behind the major attractions like SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, and Universal and surrounded with a lot of good food options in resturants and fastfood. I hope to book again if I am ever in the area again.

Great place to stay!! We stayed here and went to universal and it is so close to the property!!!! A little less than 10 minutes drive and didn’t have to pay an outrageous price! When we come back we definitely plan on staying here!

Amazing place and the host was incredibly helpful, down to surprise details on the kitchen counter and in the fridge. I'd highly recommend this spot, and the outdoor patio is truly something special.

The accommodations are exactly as pictured and was in a perfect location with so many places around. Also, you couldn't ask for a more considerate, friendly and informative host. The recommendations and instructions given were extremely helpful.

I had a wonderful stay here with my boyfriend. It’s a bit secluded which I saw some people complain about in reviews but what they fail to mention is that the hosts’ house is is around 200 feet away and there’s a second airbnb directly next to this one. It’s along a dirt road, yes, but there are still other people in the area. The lake and land are beautiful and there are some chairs and a table on the porch of the cottage where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise. Check in was easy, quick, and required no face-to-face social interaction (something I enjoy not needing to do). The AC works well and is quick to respond to your inputs. The bed is comfortable and there is a very roomy closet that you can keep your luggage in. You can walk straight to the watersports complex right out the door of the cottage. This stay was extremely affordable and I am so lucky that I found it and was able to snag a few nights! I enjoyed my stay so much, and so did my boyfriend. Highly recommend!

this was our second stay at this home both for two weeks,what a lovely home this is and full of character with lots of nooks and crannys everywhere,plenty of room though maybe a bit smallish for 6 adults but ideal for four,very clean inside and out with beautifull views and lots of wildlife to see from the patio area,we saw deer,gatorts,racoons,snake,turtles,various birds of all sizes including an osprey,diana the owner was very helpfull with any problems,,,,,,,,,,,the only problem we had was the annoying noise,dust ect from the large building site directly next door,sadly they have dug up the smallish woods next to this property and building more homes which is such a shame though it didnt ruin our holiday in any way just a shame though,hopefully it will be finished soon and will look better though nothing can replace the trees they cut down,thank you so much diana for letting us stay there,hopefully will rebook for next year.

Very peaceful, a bit smaller than expected. I appreciated the host for her fast responsiveness. Even went out of her way to have a blow-dryer dropped off for me which I’m very grateful for.. The only thing that I would have to consider for the next time is It’s not gated around property so my dogs always had to be on a leash but it was overall a calm area.

We did rent this place because in the description it does say it has a heated pool unfortunately we came at the end of October and the pool wasn’t heated yet so we wasn’t able to swim

Had our annual girls trip. House was great.

We stayed at Hernans place for a weekend and it was great for what we needed it for. To give an honest review I must say, upon entering it is important to note that this is very clearly an older building so some things are a little worn, no problem! We had a housekeeping issue and contacted Hernan and within 3 hours, the housekeeping team came and corrected all issues for us. Truly such an accommodating and kind host. We weren’t in the house much but when we were there we felt safe and comfortable. One thing I will note, there were 3 of us staying for a weekend with 1 roll of toilet paper. That was the only thing I forgot to mention to the host but I am sure if I did mention it, he would have corrected it. Great stay, great host!
