Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.

Chateau Meu: Luxury bungalow by the sea

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.

Strategic location starting from the Falcone Borsellino and Birgi airport (Trapani) minimum distance from the port of Castellammare. Casa Isola Sul Mare also also boasts parking almost always close to the house with walking access to all your most common needs from bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, tobacco shops, etc ... I would like to point out that we are not in the ZTL area in high season. Excellent transit area to reach San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro Nature Reserve.

A completely renovated former fishermen's dwelling in the heart of Mazara del Vallo's beautiful historic centre. There is a small inner courtyard where one can relax and eat outside amidst the singing of the Muezzin and the scent of jasmine. The location is very central for the beaches, restaurants, station, etc.. Mazara is easily reached from the airports of Trapani and Palermo. Bicycles are available for guests to get around the city. There is an equipped kitchenette.

Casa Fortunato boasts a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and free private parking. 1.9 km from the historic center, next to the property is a supermarket, a tobacco shop and a bank. (Historic center: 5/6 minutes by car and 22 minutes on foot) 11 km from the Stagnone Nature Reserve (17 min by car) and 8.1 km from the equipped beaches (13 min by car.) The nearest airport is Trapani, transfers are available upon request.

It is about 300 m from the pedestrian area, about 450 m from the bus stop and about 700 m from the marina. A few dozen meters away there is also a characteristic bakery, a supermarket, various bars, newsstands and a pharmacy. The accommodation was entirely renovated in 2022.
