Opas Haus

Grandpa‘s House was renovated in 2023 and furnished with a focus on design. Located on the first floor, it features three rooms, a living-dining area, a private (breakfast) balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and integrated shower option. It is ideal for your work stay in the region or for your guest lectureship. Additionally, it offers a quiet and cozy retreat in the countryside. Nevertheless, Regensburg is quickly accessible by car (20 minutes), bus, and train.

Attic loft Leonberg air-conditioned and pool

The spacious and bright apartment in the attic (100 m²) can accommodate 4-5 people. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and a cot for 2 children. The air-conditioned living room also has a pull-out sofa bed. Our garden with pool (season mid-May-September) is available for shared use. Trampoline, large meadow for playing soccer, fire bowl and grill are available. We are located exactly between Regensburg and the Upper Palatinate Lake District (about 20 km).

A wonderful place to write the unfinished novel or for a workation. Owners live on the top floor.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Small apartment for two people. It is located on the ground floor and has a parking space in front of the apartment. Self check-in with key box on the front door. This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
