Villa vacation rentals in Mattinata

Das Doppelhaus ist super gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren in der Nachsaison im Oktober da. Das direkte Nachbarhaus war zu der Zeit frei, damit hatten wir ein echtes alleinstehendes Haus mit voller Privatsphäre. Und Privatstrand! Die kleine Liegestuhl-Vermietgastro war natürlich schon geschlossen, und über paar Treppen der leere Strand direkt erreichbar. Wir haben Enricos Strandliegen genutzt, damit hatten wir noch paar echte Strandtage. Am Nachmittag wird das Areal immer mal von einem jungen Moto-Cross Fahrer genutzt, der wahrscheinlich noch zu jung für einen Führerschein ist…das kann etwas nerven, ist aber immer nur zeitweise vorgekommen, dafür aber täglich…eine Beeintächtigung während der Nacht oder Vormittags gab es nicht…nur das Rauschen des Meeres…wir können als Familie das Haus von Enrico wärmstens empfehlen!

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane a casa di Giulia e dal primo momento ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa era come da descrizione con un ottimo spazio antistante e in una zona molto tranquilla. La stradina d’accesso è un po’ stretta e in ripida salita, ma in settembre abbiamo incrociato altre macchine raramente.

abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa meravigliosa di Angela con la famiglia ed amici....ampio giardino con tutte le comodità..doccia esterna....filodiffusione...tutto perfetto! camere con aria condizionata!!! toppp!! Angela poi sempre disponibile per ogni cosa! Zona comoda per il mare e spiaggie meravigliose!!! Spero di ritornare in giorno nel Gargano e da Angela!!!

Nice house with a wonderful view with cooling winds on warm days up on the hill. Perfect if you have a car. No problem to reach the old town or the beach by foot. Be prepared that you get a bit warm when mounting the road back home. Then the lovely outdoor shower is perfect! Don’t forget to use the grill, we prepared good meals. The owners are very nice and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults and we all had good space during the week we spent at Vieste. I really recommend a visit in the house!

La casa risponde alla descrizione, la posizione permette di non soffrire la calura notturna ed in ogni caso, all'occorrenza, ottima la dotazione dell'aria condizionata soprattutto per la camera non collegata con le altre stanze. Stupenda vivibilità degli spazi esterni con l'eccezionale comodità della cucina e del barbecue. Tranquillità assoluta anche per tonificanti docce all'aperto. Spiagge di Mattinata raggiungibili in 10/15 minuti, un pò oltre le altre. Consigliatissimo per chi intende esplorare ogni giorno spiagge diverse rientrando poi in un oasi di pace. Angelo host accogliente, premuroso e sempre disponibile.

Esperienza a dir poco spettacolare. Innanzitutto la posizione è strategicamente top perché si è a 2 km dal centro di Vieste e alla strada per Peschici, a 100 metri dal mare e da una bellissima spiaggia ( comunque da Peschici a vieste c'è una spiagga stupenda ogni km), c'è un ottimo panificio/ bar adiacente, un supermercato Carrefour a 1 km,la casa comunque è isolata dal resto quindi tranquillità assoluta la notte. La casa è quanto di meglio si possa cercare: è una tenuta con ulivi intorno,villetta bifamiliare al cui piano superiore c'è l'host Lorenzo. C'è un piazzale immenso con ombrelloni per poter stendere e mangiare fuori, l'area è recintata e la notte un cancello garantisce tutta la sicurezza di cui si ha bisogno( e comunque c'è la ronda privata che controlla). C'è il posto auto coperto all'interno. L'appartamento è fantastico ,grande con una bella cucina. Valore aggiunto le zanzariere su tutte le finestre. L'host Lorenzo persona magnifica e disponibile.siamo stati da Dio, grazie.

Marco è stato un Host impeccabile , gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Riguardo la villa è molto bella , pulitissima e situata in una zona tranquillissima con vista mozzafiato. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile in auto in 5 minuti. La cucina è accessoriata e fornita di tutto ciò che possa essere utile per un comodo soggiorno ( piccole attenzioni che sono state apprezzate ). Non posso che essere rimasto più che soddisfatto e straconsigliarlo. Di certo sarà il mio punto di riferimento qualora dovessi ritornare a Vieste.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura di Mariachiara insieme al nostro cane. L'alloggio era perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, spazio interno ben distribuito, biancheria pulita e rifornita (siamo stati 10 giorni). L'esterno è da favola: la vista sul mare è incredibile e tutt'intorno regnava la pace. Proprietà recintata. Un posto idilliaco. In 10 minuti di macchina si arriva alla prima spiaggia, al porticciolo e in 15 minuti si arriva in centro a Mattinata. Ci hanno accolti Margherita e la mamma, due persone splendide, gentili e disponibili. Margherita ci a fornito indicazioni e utili consigli sulla zona (anche per il nostro cane). Grande ospitalità. Mariachiara ci ha salutati alla riconsegna delle chiavi, gentilissima anche lei. Un soggiorno perfetto. Alloggio davvero consigliato.

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Antonietta. La maison est un havre de paix dans une nature magnifique. La vue de la maison est inégalable.

Très bel accueil par Roberta et par toute sa famille aux petits soins pour nous. Roberta est disponible et nous avons très bien mangé avec la famille dans le très bon restaurant de son papa Pascale. Piscine, jardin, tranquillité, je recommande.

Wir hatten 8 schöne Tage in der Unterkunft von Pasquale. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber man kann in der Gegend vieles unternehmen. Schöne Strände sind ca. 30-40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, Supermärkte zum Einkaufen ca. 10-15 Minuten. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, Paola und Giuseppe haben uns sehr freundlich mit Snacks und Prosecco empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und Salz, Öl und Co. war alles vor Ort. Genial ist auch der Pizzaofen. Wir würden wiederkommen!

I traveled to Vieste with my husband, two kids (6 and under) and MIL for a short stay. This location is about ten minutes from the city center (which is absolutely amazing--filled with shops, restaurants and attractions for children like a merry go round). Valentina's accommodation is private and there is a large pool area for relaxation and fun. There is a shared washer unit and a coffee machine on site for a very low cost. The apartment offered many sleeping arrangements (including a sofa lounger single bed) and pack and play for a baby. There is only one main air conditioner in the unit and sheets and towels were included. The beds were comfortable and shower worked well. We loved seeing and sharing common areas with people from other countries and being able to eat on our veranda. Valentina was very kind and responsive. She was always willing to give recommendations and check in on our needs. Thanks for a great stay Valentina!

Raffaella's house meets all needs. The pool and the wonderful setting with the view was amazing. The cleanliness is perfect.

The owner of the Airbnb, Matteo went above and beyond to make our stay at Villa Miami Vieste relaxing and enjoyable. His property location by the beach is both secluded yet close to dining, activities, and walking trails. Matteo stayed in contact with us in the months prior to our visit, answering our questions promptly, offering suggestions on day trips, and helping to arrange a visit with residents in the small town of our family roots. The home itself is comfortable, spacious, and up to date. Villa Miami easily accommodated our eight family members. We would love to return someday.

WHAT AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE!!! My sister’s family and mine, a group of 8, had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Villa Olivia for a week in June, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is stunning, rustic, nestled in the picturesque olive tree landscapes of Gargano, and only 5 minutes away from the lovely Calenella beach. What truly made our stay exceptional was Giovanni, our host. Giovanni was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us with a smile. His local knowledge was invaluable, providing us with fantastic suggestions for places to visit, dine (at least an aperitive at Mimi’s Trabucco is a MUST), and explore. Whenever we had a question or needed help organizing our plans, Giovanni was just a phone call away. Thanks to Giovanni's hospitality and the villa's charm, our time in Puglia Gargano was nothing short of magical. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Puglia.

The B& B Villa was the absolute best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. and we have stayed at a lot. The six rooms where more than enough and comfortable, each with a bathroom. For seven adults, the amenities were everything we needed to cook dinner, have lunch and breakfasts. there were play areas with a ping pong table and board games and a beautiful pool in the back with many lounge chais and a large charcoal BBQ with large outdoor dining table. The are dining areas inside and on the front porch. The views were magnificen, in the front the sea, and in the back the mountain. absolutely breathtaking. His wife Sarah and Michele where very helpful. to the point that Michele repaired the bottom of the rental car. There are no laundry machines we can use. but Sarah did the laundry for us, at no charge. As I said the Villa is an absolutely beautiful spot and a great time. We have no complaints.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders die Dachterrasse verdient 10 von 10 Punkten. Man schaut auf das Meer und die Berge und kann die Ruhe genießen. Insgesamt entspricht das Haus und das Grundstück genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut, sie war immer erreichbar, so dass wir ein paar kleinere Dinge, die nicht ganz rund liefen, schnell klären konnten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!
