Villa vacation rentals in Mattinata

The semi-detached house is super located and well equipped. We were there in the low season in October. The direct neighboring house was free at the time, so we had a real detached house with full privacy. And private beach! The small deck chair rental guestro was of course already closed, and directly accessible via a few stairs of the empty beach. We used Enrico's beach chairs, so we had a few real beach days. In the afternoon, the area is always used by a young Moto-Cross driver, who is probably still too young for a driver's license...this can be a bit annoying, but only happened temporarily, but daily... there was not a disturbance during the night or in the morning...just the sound of the sea...we can highly recommend Enrico's house as a family!

We spent two weeks at Giulia's place and from the first moment we had a great time. The house was as described with a great space in front and in a very quiet area. The driveway is a little narrow and steep uphill, but in September we crossed other cars rarely.

we stayed at this wonderful villa of Angela with family and friends....large garden with all the comforts... outdoor shower....diffusion...everything was perfect! rooms with air conditioning!!! toppp!! Angela is always available for everything! Comfortable area for the sea and wonderful beaches!!! I hope to return to Gargano and Angela in the day!!!

Nice house with a wonderful view with cooling winds on warm days up on the hill. Perfect if you have a car. No problem to reach the old town or the beach by foot. Be prepared that you get a bit warm when mounting the road back home. Then the lovely outdoor shower is perfect! Don’t forget to use the grill, we prepared good meals. The owners are very nice and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults and we all had good space during the week we spent at Vieste. I really recommend a visit in the house!

we had a great week at Angelo's place. The views were incredible and it was absolutely quiet.

Spectacular experience to say the least. First of all, the location is strategically top because you are 2 km from the center of Vieste and the road to Peschici, 100 meters from the sea and a beautiful beach ( however from Peschici to Vieste there is a beautiful beach every km), there is an excellent adjacent bakery/ bar, a Carrefour supermarket 1 km away,the house is still isolated from the rest so absolute tranquility at night. The house is the best you can look for: it is an estate with olive trees around, a two-family house on the upper floor of which is the host Lorenzo. There is an immense square with umbrellas to be able to spread out and eat, the area is fenced and at night a gate guarantees all the security you need( and in any case there is the private round that checks). There's a covered parking space inside. The apartment is fantastic ,large with a nice kitchen. Value added mosquito nets on all windows. The host Lorenzo is a magnificent and helpful person. We were by God, thank you.

Marco's villa is exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The garden is beautiful. The view is mesmerizing. It is peaceful and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

My partner and I stayed at the Mariachiara property with our dog. The place was perfectly matched to the description, well distributed indoor space, clean and stocked linens (we stayed 10 days). The exterior is fairytale: the view of the sea is incredible and peace was stillaround. Gated property. An idyllic place. In 10 minutes by car you can reach the first beach, the marina and in 15 minutes you can get to the center of Mattinata. We were welcomed by Margherita and her mother, two wonderful people, kind and helpful. Margherita provides us with directions and useful tips about the area (also for our dog). Great hospitality. Mariachiara greeted us when we returned the keys, very kind too. A perfect stay. Highly recommended accommodation.

We were very well hosted by Antonietta. The house is a peaceful haven in beautiful nature. The view from the house is unbeatable.

Very nice hosting by Roberta and her entire family who took great care of us. Roberta is available and we ate very well with the family in her dad Pascale's very good restaurant. Pool, garden, tranquility, I recommend it.

Paola was very welcoming and generous. The house had good facilities as advertised. Good location to get to beaches and explore the national park. Recommended.

I traveled to Vieste with my husband, two kids (6 and under) and MIL for a short stay. This location is about ten minutes from the city center (which is absolutely amazing--filled with shops, restaurants and attractions for children like a merry go round). Valentina's accommodation is private and there is a large pool area for relaxation and fun. There is a shared washer unit and a coffee machine on site for a very low cost. The apartment offered many sleeping arrangements (including a sofa lounger single bed) and pack and play for a baby. There is only one main air conditioner in the unit and sheets and towels were included. The beds were comfortable and shower worked well. We loved seeing and sharing common areas with people from other countries and being able to eat on our veranda. Valentina was very kind and responsive. She was always willing to give recommendations and check in on our needs. Thanks for a great stay Valentina!

Raffaella's house meets all needs. The pool and the wonderful setting with the view was amazing. The cleanliness is perfect.

The owner of the Airbnb, Matteo went above and beyond to make our stay at Villa Miami Vieste relaxing and enjoyable. His property location by the beach is both secluded yet close to dining, activities, and walking trails. Matteo stayed in contact with us in the months prior to our visit, answering our questions promptly, offering suggestions on day trips, and helping to arrange a visit with residents in the small town of our family roots. The home itself is comfortable, spacious, and up to date. Villa Miami easily accommodated our eight family members. We would love to return someday.

WHAT AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE!!! My sister’s family and mine, a group of 8, had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Villa Olivia for a week in June, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is stunning, rustic, nestled in the picturesque olive tree landscapes of Gargano, and only 5 minutes away from the lovely Calenella beach. What truly made our stay exceptional was Giovanni, our host. Giovanni was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us with a smile. His local knowledge was invaluable, providing us with fantastic suggestions for places to visit, dine (at least an aperitive at Mimi’s Trabucco is a MUST), and explore. Whenever we had a question or needed help organizing our plans, Giovanni was just a phone call away. Thanks to Giovanni's hospitality and the villa's charm, our time in Puglia Gargano was nothing short of magical. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Puglia.

This place is in a very nice place, the welcome is nice, but the great difficulty is finding it. Indeed, the point indicated to arrive does not correspond to reality. Lack of indication to find Padre Pio

The B& B Villa was the absolute best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. and we have stayed at a lot. The six rooms where more than enough and comfortable, each with a bathroom. For seven adults, the amenities were everything we needed to cook dinner, have lunch and breakfasts. there were play areas with a ping pong table and board games and a beautiful pool in the back with many lounge chais and a large charcoal BBQ with large outdoor dining table. The are dining areas inside and on the front porch. The views were magnificen, in the front the sea, and in the back the mountain. absolutely breathtaking. His wife Sarah and Michele where very helpful. to the point that Michele repaired the bottom of the rental car. There are no laundry machines we can use. but Sarah did the laundry for us, at no charge. As I said the Villa is an absolutely beautiful spot and a great time. We have no complaints.

It was an extremely enjoyable experience. The house is beautiful, the road to access it is a little difficult but it is worth the "effort". The host Maud is very pleasant and kind, always available. You'll find everything you need in the house. The plus is the dishwasher and the washing machine, not to mention the small pool on the roof. If I have to be picky, I found inaccuracies about cleanliness, but I think both the host and the house make up for this. I would go back a thousand more times.
