Vacation rentals with a patio in Mattinata

We had a wonderful stay at Villa White. Raffaella is an excellent host. She is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable. The well equipped kitchenette had everything you would need to prepare a meal. The bathroom was modern and came equipped with an excellent hairdryer and lots of towels. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. There was a peaceful outdoor space that you could use to enjoy some snacks and a drink. We were able to walk to the beautiful beach in 5 minutes. There were several places to eat along the beach or you could have a pleasant 20 minute walk to Vieste where there are many cafes and restaurants. If you are looking to explore inland check out Chalet Degli Ulivi. It is a beautiful restaurant set in the olive grove.

Impeccable stay, cleanliness, tidiness and lots of privacy. Marianna's mom was really very welcoming. We felt at home. We recommend the host, mom and kitten, very sweet. We hope to be back soon

An extremely comfortable place for sure!!! It was impecable too which we really really appreciate!! Grace welcomed us and explained it all efficiently. We all loved the pool area. A great feature for a fresh start and end of each day!!The laundry arrangements were very easy and the lady was incredibly kind. It is very well located for exploring the whole Gargano area. You can drive to downtown Vieste in 7 minutes or walk it in 40 The only thing we would suggest (we have stayed at many Airbnbs) is to have some basic cooking spices maybe? So for future guests, be prepared to buy your own… All in all an AMAZING week thanks to your great apartment! Thanks so much!!!

Comfortable house, with everything you need for your stay. The location in the center is perfect for everyday shopping and for evening outings. We had a really good time, and Peschici is very nice. Thank you Donatella for everything.

We had a lovely stay (4 nights) at Anna's place who welcomed us very well with her husband. There was all the necessary equipment. We were very warm thanks to the pellet stove which gave a very warm atmosphere. The city centers of Ischitella and Vico can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The heart of Umbra Forest is only 30 minutes away. We recommend this property for visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Michela’s place—it is so peaceful and relaxing. The place is fresh and tastefully decorated and was equipped with everything we needed. It is filled with light and has lovely garden views and breezes. Michela was so helpful and communicative and gave us both a flexible check in and late check out. It is an easy walk to the lungomare beach and also up the hill to Vieste to visit the old town. It’s a charming town and the views are gorgeous. We ate at lots of local spots and also cooked comfortably at home. If you have the time, we really recommend doing a boat tour of the local grottos. It’s a magical half day adventure. We would love to return to Michela’s place and Scialara and Vieste again in future.

Thanks to Antonio and his son Giuseppe for the warm welcome in their house ! Everything went great,from arrival to checkout! Antonio took care of our comfortable arrival in advance, Giuseppe told us everything in detail about the accommodation itself and everything nearby ( beaches , restaurants, etc.) The place is very comfortable and clean , there is a large outdoor area where you can have a good time , lie in the hot tub or just sit on the terrace ! Everything is a short walk from the house ! Beaches , restaurants , supermarket! At the same time, very quiet and comfortable! We felt at home , thank you, we will definitely come again and recommend this place for our friends and family!

6 days immersed in greenery, close to the sea... I would say that you could not want more!

Recommended especially for those with small children, it has a small playground and a very comfortable pool. Located 2 minutes from the sea and 5 from Vieste. Recommended

Cute house with a nice view of the sea. Great location to get around on foot and reach the center of the village and beach very close by. A great solution for a few relaxing days.

You usually write "everything perfect" to cut short, but in this case it's the only way to describe Antonio's house. Looking at the moon mirroring the sea, listening to the wind among the olive trees is a unique experience. The house was super clean and everything is brand new and well organized. Fantastic outdoor spaces

Nicola's stay was excellent. A lovely location where we will definitely come back. Photos show you exactly what it's like. It's 3 minutes further from Mattinata than what airbnb shows, but that's a restriction on the website. But what a great view. And in the month of April, it's already a nice temperature to sit on the terrace. Even at night you can watch the stars when the children are already sleeping. As a family with two kids, we had no difficulty with the showers that a previous review warned us about. You should indeed time it well. The adults in the evening and the kids in the morning. Or one before and the other after breakfast. Nicola is also very friendly and also the colleague host Manfredo. In short, we felt very much at home!

Beautiful villa located just 10 min walk from the beautiful beach of Mattinata, nothing is really missing from the equipped kitchen to the beautiful garden with a relaxation area and BBQ. Luce, the owner, was immediately available to show us everything that was possible to do in the area. We will gladly come back to visit her.

We had an amazing stay at Diana’s Apartment in the beginning of September! We were looking for a quiet place near the sea to calm down during our Interrail trip and that was exactly what we found. The view from the terrace was incredible and the beach almost felt like a private beach. The apartment had everything one could need. The communication with Diana and Daniel was amazing and they were super friendly and helpful and gave us tips for the area. The only downside is the public transportation and the missing supermarket in the village so we do recommend bringing your own car.

We stayed a week with Michele who was very helpful, accurate and friendly. the apartment had just everything you need, for a holiday on the Gargano between the coves and the Umbra forest is perfect. Parking, pure silence, nature around, I recommend both couples and families, for the location you need a car but it takes all the Gargano.

Caterina and the boy are very available for advice and very sociable; very nice apartment and strategic location to reach many fantastic coves.
