Simple but very well organized location. We arrived just before check-in, but Ericson welcomed us very warmly, as did his children, and lent us beach chairs to make our stay even more comfortable. Excellent bed and shower and the location is very good, about 1 km from the beach and about 300 meters from the Catarina market. We felt at home, we even played with a beautiful 4-legged baby. We will 🐶 🐾 definitely be back

This location was nice, clean, and close to the beach. It was easy to find and Alex was super responsive and clear about instructions. It has a pool and a wonderful churrasco area, which was great. The actual house was a bit different than I expected - the kitchen is in a different room next to a bathroom in the back and the main house has the 3 bedrooms and a small living room with a bathroom - but it was perfect for what we needed for the long weekend. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a quiet beach stay!
