The host Elis was super friendly, proactive, responsive, very good people! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it has all the equipment and utensils. My family and I loved the house and the location, super close to the beach. We really felt at home, we loved everything.

Rafaela was very attentive and flexible with the check-in and check-out times. He gave us recommendations for places and responded to all messages quickly. The house was clean and organized, with the amenities described in the listing.

Our stay at Carmen's house was excellent, we felt at home, everything was clean and organized, in addition to the wonderful location, which provided us with tranquility and peace. The stay was wonderful. The Praia Grande bathhouse is extraordinary, by the way, how beautiful the revitalization of the Matinhos shoreline was. The house is very comfortable, airy, quiet, easy to access, very close to the beach, located in a great neighborhood, a good parking space and with all the kitchen and beach utensils we need, such as chairs and umbrella, in addition to having air-conditioning in all rooms. I went with my in-laws, who are older and the location of the house greatly benefited their autonomy. Very easy to check in and check out. Our stay was very worthwhile. I highly recommend it.

The AP is very good, all equipped, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living room. Everything new and of great quality, such as a stove, refrigerator, TV, etc. the condominium is very good, with a game room, a barbecue and a nice swimming pool facing the sea. We received a person indicated by the owner of the name Maycon… very kind, helped us with the bags, showed us some features of the apartment, note 10!!!

Vandra was extremely helpful and kind. The environment was extremely clean, smelling good and organized, exactly as shown in the photos. Full kitchen with good utensils. Vandra was very flexible at check-out and made us feel right at home. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

I consider that you should invest in better quality sheets and need to change the blackouts of the windows that are parched and spoiled. In the rest, it was excellent our lodging. The hosts are wonderful, the house is very large, very close to the beach, we had a problem with a power outage but it was because there was a storm and they solved it super fast so I have nothing to complain about. I'll recommend it to others and I'll come back more often
