Cozy Duplex apartment in Caiobá near the beach

Well-located duplex, easy access to the beaches and main attractions of the city. The apartment contains 3 bedrooms, ALL WITH AIR-CONDITIONING, 2 of them en-suite, a balcony on the first floor, a dining room, a kitchen, a charcoal barbecue, a spacious room on the second floor, as well as a large terrace with hammocks and a stunning view of the sunset and the mountains in the background. A few meters from the beach and very safe, extremely clean and well-kept accommodation. Newly renovated!

A narrow pathway runs alongside the house, leading to a scenic view of the ocean visible in the distance. The pathway features a stone border and is complemented by natural light illuminating the space. A glimpse of the nearby beach and coastal atmosphere can be seen.

Full kitchen with outdoor kitchen as well for BBQ. Plenty of room for family and friends. Modern amenities with rustic charm. Close to all the best of Matinhos. The primary suite is air-conditioned and second bedroom also, the other bedroom have ceiling fans.

Lugar is wonderful, amazing view, facing the sea, view of all the rooms, the house fulfilled our needs, great patio for my doguin, BBQ area, facing the sea, host we answered quickly on some issues and resolved promptly. It was definitely worth it.

A clear blue swimming pool is featured, with a water slide and a gentle water cascade creating a playful atmosphere. Surrounding greenery and the white structure of the house add to the outdoor space, with seating options visible in the background.

A great home, super comfortable! The communication was wonderful, very attentive and welcoming! They were very nice days and we plan to come back!

very nice place to enjoy the beach very close to the apartment, everything is very clean and the place is super calm. Eliane really helpful, Neli also super sweet always asking if everything was all right.

Very cozy house.. very quiet and safe place. For those who are looking for peace and quiet after the day at the beach, it's great. There is a market, a pharmacy, a restaurant very close by. The beach should be within 400 meters. But to go to the busiest beaches depends on a car.

The sleeping area features a spacious bed with a light floral patterned coverlet, alongside a single bed with a simple design. Two pieces of artwork adorn the wall, and a small desk with a chair is positioned nearby.

The house is spacious and comfortable. My son is a wheelchair and we were able to transit with him in every room. The stay was smooth, the host always attentive. Would recommend!

But the real highlight is the location: next to a quiet and clean beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea.
