Garage and space for 3 cars The residence is 900 m from Flamingo Beach, a revitalized waterfront, 1 km from the center and the fish market, and 3 km from the calm Caiobá Beach. We are 200 m from the Soley bakery and 600 m from the Caopi supermarket. An excellent place to relax with the family, available year-round. Property fully fenced with an electronic gate It has spaces for pets.

Brand new house 1 Solymar

Experience unforgettable moments in this unique place, ideal for families. Everything is new (brand new house, newly built, new furniture and appliances), super comfortable, close to the beach (only 300 m) and the best restaurant on our coast, there is also a market, bakery, convenience store, pharmacy and other restaurants nearby. Large swimming pool (6.0 x 2.4 x 1.4), well-ventilated and sunny house (north-facing). Very high ceiling with slab. This leaves the interior of the house very cool in the summer.

Fulfill your dream of living a few steps from the sea and enjoy the beach and the new boardwalk with your family! For better interaction, we revitalized the ground floor with an integrated living room, kitchen and barbecue area, well-sized with everything your family deserves. The house has 3 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, closets and Home Office benches. The front bedroom has a beautiful ocean view, balcony and motorized shutters for that well-deserved night's sleep for the couple.
