From this location you can see to the south the most beautiful mountains of the Apennine back until you reach Mount Conero, and to some typical towns of Montefeltro such as Sassocorvaro and Urbino. In the northwest is Mount Carpegna with its evocative Ripa called "Costa dei Salti" that highlights the sandstone-type stratification of Mount Carpegna. It is possible to reach in a few kilometers small and important ancient villages such as San Leo, Montecerignone, Cavoleto, Frontino and many others that offer, especially in the summer, local festivals and medieval revisions for a dip in the past. The house is surrounded by meadows and forests of evocative beauty and an still unspoiled environment, inhabited in every corner by nature, a privileged guest and always present, it offers an ideal place to rest your mind and body. The staff will also be happy to explain nature trails and itineraries and suggest popular events in the surrounding area. Pietrarubbia is a hilly village of medieval origins. The village is dominated by the majestic summit of Mount Carpegna, which shows on this steep slope side, with thick beech trees alternating with the bare rock; allaround there is a varied mosaic of crops, woodland and, here and there, of sharp rocky spikes dominated by ancient fortresses. The ancient village is a short walk away and deserves your attention. The extensive land around the house is magnificent to visit on horseback or with a beautiful walk. Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), you will not be able to access our garage during the restricted hours. Period residence in the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free parking on site. The house includes a large dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
