This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

You really can't beat the views and porches of this house!! We stayed for a week here as a mixed group of families and the house was a perfect layout for us, everyone got their own private space, and when the kids went to bed, the outdoor kitchen was a huge plus for the adults. The only small issue was for us who stayed in the top bedroom, as it only has white shades, no darkening curtains, so it got bright in there early morning. But the balcony and loft area, more than made up for it. (Be mindful, there's alot of stairs too) The personal deck was fun for fishing and we even saw dolphins twice! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and enjoyed the house. The host was very responsive. The views were beautiful. Historic St. Augustine is a quick drive away. There are other restaurants and ice cream places in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill. I’m sure we will be going back again soon.

Kayla’s place is exactly as described. We had a great time, the beach was walking distance, local restaurants and pier nearby for fishing. Old St. Augustine is down the street for relaxation and sightseeing. Would return for a repeat!!

What a fun place to be with family! The downstairs is perfect for teens & kiddos. The views are beautiful. At first, we were slightly disappointed because getting down to the actual beach can be tricky. But then we climbed down the rocks to get to the beach and that climb, in itself, (super easy!) became one of the daily adventures we enjoyed most! Highly recommend! It’s worth it to have your own private pool…we used it during the day and at night, too!

This house was well equipped with all the essentials need for a lengthy stay. It was convenient with a short walk to the beach and several restaurants within a short distance. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to any family that wants to be by the beach. We will defiantly be returning in the future. The Steiners from South Carolina.

Karen's place was great. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning was working awesome and the pool was perfect for our family to hang out at. We also really enjoyed the park and splash pad that was nearby and the beach and many great restaurants aren't far either. Everything was well stocked and clean. We'd definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Heron. The property was just as described. Most importantly, it was clean. Greg answered all our questions. The process to purchase and use the heater for the jacuzzi was easy. The check out process was easy.

Palmasis oasis is a beautiful home, close to the beach, restaurants, et Al. Very clean , and Paul the host could not be any nicer. We had a great time week with our family ! We will come back again.

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

5 stars We absolutely loved our stay in this rustic, peaceful retreat. Holly was a wonderful host—welcoming, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The cabin is nestled in a quiet community with plenty of space to relax and unwind. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a romantic getaway. We especially enjoyed fishing right on the property, and the overall serenity made it easy to disconnect and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet escape surrounded by nature.

This is a fantastic spot! It’s less than a five-minute walk to the fort and most of the best restaurants, so you’re right in the heart of everything. The bungalow is cozy and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay. Plus, the easy check-in and check-out process makes everything so smooth. Great service and excellent communication from the host if you're looking for a place that’s close to all the action with a hassle-free experience, this is definitely the one! Looking forward to staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean place, easy and clear communication with the host. The location is quiet and across the street from the beach, which is a plus. Lots of restaurants down the strip along the beach. Need a car ride to get to the downtown area, but it’s not too far.

My husband, 3 kids, & 2 dogs spent a delightful Memorial Day weekend at Mellon Cottage. It was the perfect kick off to our Summer. The full kitchen allowed us to enjoy breakfast in on Sunday. The chandelier & claw footed tub were lovely & fit the cottage built in 1924 perfectly. The outdoor shower & pull out couch increased everyone's comfort. The host was responsive without being intrusive. The screened in porch was a favorite with the whole family including our 4 footed members.

This was exactly what we were looking for!! Extra clean & comfy. Some of the reviews mentioned not having doors to the bathrooms but there are definitely doors😂 James was super responsive and flexible with our check in time. Quick trip to the beach and near all the right spots!

This was our 2nd stay and it was great again! The house is very clean and is just as described. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Even though it’s a few miles away you can get to Crescent Beach or Butler Beach easily in 3-4 minutes by car. Those beaches are so much less crowded than St Augustine Beach and the area where the house is located is nice and quiet. Dakota is always great with excellent communication. So it’s definitely a great property overall.

I live in Florida and take my dog and a boat on vacations to other parts of Florida. This place was perfect for the two of us. I like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked and most useable, has all the utensils you may need and the appliances seemed new. Bathroom was clean, well supplied and had plenty of hot water. Sheets, towels, pillows were perfect. Slept like a log. Neighborhood is eclectic and quiet. Straight shot about 1/4 mile to the beach access over the dunes. Absolutely wonderful place to walk with your dog, no people from resorts and condos to deal with. Go early and catch the sunrise. I enjoyed my stay.
