DIRECTLY on the ocean. Entire private first floor.

Recently reopened after two months undergoing major renovation! Previously had 110 very favorable reviews while with a different vacation rental company. The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Everything has been thought of for your enjoyment, even FREE pinball! You need to bring nothing except your enthusiasm for having a relaxing, stress-free and amazing time!!!

Highly desired 2 bedroom unit. This property is ground level and directly oceanfront. Flat style layout not a townhouse, there are two steps to the front door but otherwise no stairs. Incredible Waterfront Townhome

As close to the water as you can get! Our building is considered the best in the complex which is waterfront, very private and peaceful. Perched on the Point we have fantastic views overlooking the intracoastal's oyster beds, mangroves, exotic birds, fish and bald eagles!. The sunsets are incredible. A fisherman's paradise. There is a private boat dock and a small boat ramp to launch your kayak. Watch dolphins put on a show almost daily from your lanai. The beach is right across the street!
