La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

My accommodation is located in Massarosa, 10 minutes drive from Viareggio 20 from Lucca and 30 from Pisa, nearby you can find beautiful panoramic views, the beaches of Versilia, Lake Massaciuccoli, Piazza dei miracoli in Pisa with the leaning tower , the fabulous Apuan Alps, the Pucciniano theater, Pietrasanta art city etc.I will like my accommodation for these reasons: tranquility. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families.

La Toscanina (close to Viareggio, Lucca and Pisa )

La Toscanina è un confortevole appartamento sito nel pieno centro di Bozzano e costituisce un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare la Versilia e la Toscana intere grazie alla vicinanza del casello autostadale .La stazione ferroviaria e la fermata degli autobus si trovano a circa 1 km.(15 minuti a piedi) Parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti. Spese per elettricitá e riscaldamento giá incluse nel prezzo.

The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.
