Kurt and Tara’s place was exactly as described. It is absolutely beautiful, has a view of the ocean and a nice size balcony. The dishwasher is the quietest one I have ever seen, and we made great use of the Keurig coffee pot! There were even some pods left there. My favorite detail about the condo was the huge shower!! It’s a studio, but the living room area is separated from the bed, so it really feels like the bed is in its own room. You will not regret staying here. The hosts were extremely responsive and timely to all of our questions. There was only one slight drawback, the unit is on the end and close to the busy road, but we wore our earbuds and it wasn’t a problem at all. We would 100% stay there again!

Perfect little condo not far from beaches and restaurants. We loved the pool, its deep, and a beautiful view of the sound and the sprawling live oaks above. Host was very responsive and accomodating. We didn't need anything during our stay, but I'm sure they would have responded promptly, if I had.

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

Very Clean and quiet with a beautiful view. The grounds and pool are very well maintained also.

My spouse and I celebrated our anniversary with a week-long stay at this exceptional location. Its proximity to area attractions was ideal. We were delighted to enjoy the fireworks display directly from our room. We highly recommend this location and plan to return. Samantha's responsiveness and flexibility regarding check-in were greatly appreciated.

We had an AMAZING stay at Nick and Chelsea’s. The space was so welcoming and cozy! The bed and linens were very comfortable. Each room has balcony access which made it perfect for a late night without waking anyone else in the home. The photos were definitely on point! Prior to booking and during the stay, they were very responsive. My family also took advantage of the great recommendations as well. We are already looking forward to our next family vacation and stay with this host!!

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

Great location: three minute, easy walk to the beach. They provide high quality beach gear for your convenience. Very clean unit with all necessities stocked. Elie was very responsive and an accommodating host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We stayed at mikes condo for three nights and it was perfect for our marriage little getaway! The balcony view is great, also as the walkway on the boat Dock. We enjoyed the pool as well. We went to Destin beach and it was very close. We also enjoyed going to Harbor walk has nice restaurants. Overall we loved the location and the codo itself. We plan on going back.

I have stayed at a lot of airbnb’s. This was by far one of my top stays. Beautiful condo. Clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Great location with a beautiful view. Host was very helpful and very responsive. Will stay again when back in the area! 10/10 would recommend.

Easy to get to and quick walk to the beach. Stewby’s is very close and great place to eat.

We truly enjoyed the view from the balcony and the peaceful sound of the waves. The place was exactly what we need to relax and unwind from our daily routine while on vacation.

We were exhausted from a long day of driving followed by a few hours enjoying the sand and waves of Destin. This place is on our list for the next time we happen to pass through this area. Thanks Perry
