It is 25 miles from Marshall, 45 miles from Clinton and Walmart. We are only 1.5 hours from Branson MO, or Eureka Springs AR, or Ponca AR.

Large living area, open floor plan, giant 55" flat screen "smart" TV and WIFI. Kitchen complete with gas range, fridge, microwave, pots/pans, dishes, flatware, blender, and more. All bedding and towels provided. Don't let the outside fool you - it's cozy as can be (and we're painting later this summer).

Nice and clean, modern cabin in the woods with friendly, neighborhood dogs to greet you. We felt secluded but close to grocery in Marshall, Skylark Cafe in Leslie, and near the Buffalo River. Views from the deck and from large windows inside is serene. Lots to do and natural beauty abound in this area!

Beautiful, secluded, and cozy. We felt right at home, and our stay was incredibly peaceful. If you’re looking for a place to unwind with an endless amount of natural beauty, this is the place to stay.

A serene bathroom is highlighted by a modern glass shower enclosure and a stylish black countertop with a sink. Soft, ambient lighting illuminates the space, while organized white towels are neatly placed on the vanity. Wood-look flooring adds warmth to the atmosphere.

Payton was so helpful and such a nice gentleman! My GPS took me past the house and I was able to talk to him until I pulled right up to the door. The place is brand new and my best friend and I treated it as such. I also want to find out the brand of bed he bought for upstairs because it was very comfortable! Thank you Payton for letting us use your place!

We loved staying in the bus!!! We booked as a last minute alternative to camping as a storm was approaching and we were so happy we did! We were warm and dry and had the most unique and fun experience, especially with all the farm animals we were greeted by. Will definitely stay again!
