Schön eingerichtete FeWo vor den Toren Hamburgs

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail finden Sie in unseren Räumlichkeiten eine Atmosphäre vor, in der Sie Ihre Seele baumeln lassen können. Im Frühjahr 2023 haben wir die Wohnung vollständig renoviert und uns mit der Einrichtung unserer Ferienwohnung am Teichberg sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich unsere Gäste bei uns wohl fühlen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend.

Hiermit vermieten wir unsere frisch renovierte 2 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines 2 Familienhauses mit direktem Zugang zu einer kleinen Terrasse. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, sowie Badewanne ausgestattet. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Eine Parkmöglichkeit wird direkt neben dem Haus angeboten. Das Objekt ist in dem Stadtteil "Oberstadt". Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Fewo Vogelnest ist eine sehr helle Wohnung im Dachgeschoß mit Blick in Baumwipfel und Gärten. Sie liegt in ruhiger Sackgasse und ist ca. 50 qm groß mit einem kleinen Balkon. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich. Bad mit Fenster, Waschmachine, Verdunkelung im Schlafz. Die Wohnung in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage, bietet Anbindung an ÖNV und div. Läden fußläufig in ca. 5 min . Wandern, joggen, oder für Hundebesitzer beginnt ein Wadgebiet direkt am Haus.
