Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

In the bedroom there is a box spring double bed, a 1.40 m wide bed and a cot can be provided upon request. In the eat-in kitchen there is a sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. There is a terrace for exclusive use.
