We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Quiet and relaxing place, perfect for regeneration. In those places, we go back in time to when we were little, time slows down, and it is pleasant to appreciate the wonderful views and architecture of the village. The house is well maintained, clean and nice and Mrs. Claudia is very helpful. We'll be back.

The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was friendly and straightforward at all times – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants – a really nice, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

Beautiful place! Peace and quiet! Don't be surprised there's no air conditioning. The house is isolated and has thick walls. At 35 degrees, we didn't need air conditioning. Her relatives live in the house next door and always help! There's a beautiful garden with fireflies and geckos!There are insect nets😁 everywhere. The road to the apartment has many turns, but it is also very beautiful. Only six kilometers from the highway. 20 km from the beach. There are shops nearby (5-6km). Gas stations on every corner. We highly recommend it. Vodafone's range is not very good, but there is a router in the apartment. With two bathrooms and two toilets! Clean and tidy! Our family is very happy! I highly recommend it! I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Super sweet place with lovely hosts! Great atmosphere in the small hamlet and magnificent views. Because the approach was quite narrow and steep for our old big car, Blaise drove us to a restaurant in the valley and picked us up again. Great. We felt well taken care of!!

Excellent accommodation close to everything on foot. The train station is less than 5 minutes away. Ideal for village visits. Fabio took a lot of time to give us tips to discover the area

A great experience staying at this lovely location. Very helpful hosts which is always very much appreciated when you are in an unfamiliar location. Went above and beyond to make us welcome. Would highly recommend this apartment. But be mindful there are quite a few steps up to accommodation and might not be ideal for everyone.

Lucca was amazing, and we loved the apartment. It was just right and in a perfect location. It was very comfortable with amazing views of the city and clock tower. Lots of helpful information was available, and we could walk anywhere inside the walled center in just minutes. Our host Cristina was very nice and communicative. We would gladly stay there again. We definitely want to visit Lucca again in the future.

The stay at Alessandro and Diego's was very nice. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped (also with salt, pepper, oil, etc.), in the bathroom there was shampoo and shower gel, generally plenty of space offered,…. Regarding the location: you can't reach much on foot, but that doesn't bother us, as we always travel by car. Supermarket is about 5 min. by car, the nearest beach about 15-20 min. … It should be mentioned that of 11 nights 2-3 evenings (maybe 8-11 pm) military exercises were done on the nearby military grounds, which was already very loud (helicopter). Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. All around you can see numerous hills, in the garden you can enjoy the sunset and cook / grill really well with the great grill and oven outside. Thanks for a great stay!

We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!

We stayed at La Macina Farmhouse for ten nights in October 2024. The photos do not not truly capture how special this 16th century villa is, it is magical. There were days we did not leave the villa as it had everything we could want or need and was such a nice retreat from the cities we visited in the surrounding region. It is perfectly located in the hills above Lucca, day trips to Firenze, Sienna, Pisa, Carrara, Forte di Marmi and Parma are easy to drive to for daily adventures. The restaurants in the surrounding hills were incredible with great menus at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this property and Lucca Apartments & Villas for their exceptional service.

We had a wonderful stay, the house really felt like a home and was instantly relaxing. The whole booking and check in process was very straightforward and Giuseppe who met us to show us around the property and hand over the keys was very welcoming, kind and informative. The house has wonderfully peaceful location, with beautiful views. It has been furnished with excellent taste, and so adds to the feeling of being in a real home rather than a rental. The gardens and pool are delightful and evenings on the loggia will be remembered for a long time, we cant wait to return!

The villa was beautiful! Very peaceful and a great base for exploring the region. Lorenzo was very helpful before we got there and while we were there. The entry road is steep, so follow his directions on the type of car to get. Once you drive it the first time you’ll be fine!

Silvia is a very welcoming and proactive host. She doesn't hesitate to recommend nearby activities and restaurants. Her place is very nice and the setting is very beautiful! I would recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
