One hour by train and car from Napoli and Roma. Please note: we don’t have self check-in, because we like to meet and welcome you in person. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe neighborhood. We particularly liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold with a baby after the beach to shower. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is a bit noisy). Always happy to come back :)

Simonetta is a really friendly and very attentive person, always available and available. The apartment is not missing anything, it has everything, comfortable beds and pillows. Feels like home. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away and close to all amenities. Parking space in the building. What more could you want!!!

We were warmly welcomed by Maria Sara and her husband, and we felt very comfortable immediately. Both were very friendly, helpful, as a welcome greeting there was even a small snack. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the amenities. The location is ideal, it's not far to the sea, ideal for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We were also offered 2 bikes, which we used to ride to the beach. The free parking at the house is also perfect.

The sandy beach features numerous blue and white umbrellas providing shade over reclining chairs. A rocky cliff rises in the background, and the clear water of the sea is visible. People are enjoying the beach, creating a lively atmosphere.

A great stay, full of relaxation, the accommodation is much better than the photos, in front of the The sea, the beautiful house clean and equipped with all the comforts, Daniela and her husband are nice and made us feel at home... we will definitely return ❤️

My stay at Tina’s place was absolutely wonderful. You can really feel the care and love in every little detail. The house is spotless, well-organized, super cozy, and has such a warm, welcoming vibe. It’s clear that everything was thoughtfully prepared to make guests feel comfortable. The location is also great — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. But what truly made the difference was Tina herself. What an amazing person! Kind, attentive, always ready to help with a smile. She genuinely makes you feel at home. Plus, she even helped me with my Italian, which was incredibly kind and much appreciated! Communication was super easy and quick the whole time, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I felt really welcomed and cared for. It was a very special experience that I’ll remember fondly. I highly recommend staying here! Tina, thank you so much for all your care, kindness, and hospitality. You’re a wonderful host!
