We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

Nothing to say, perfect home. The house has everything you need and for anything they are super friendly and helpful.

Me and my friend stay for Pierluigi’s for a week for attending Inside Flow European summit event. Even though we didn’t get to meet him in person, he was very informative and helpful… the explanation of location and everything was clear and easy to follow step by step. He even check on us when we didn’t show up on the arrival time that we have informed him, which made us feel the care. The place is very cute, clean and cozy…Location is easy to walk to catch public transport and supermarkets and restaurants. He had recommended us for few restaurants but we only end up went to 1 place for 3 times 😊 (love the Tortellini in brodo Modena style so much) However, we feel comfortable (feel like home) throughout the stay. And highly recommended Teerarat from Thailand

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

It starts with communication with Massimiliano who responds quickly and is very accommodating, then a very nice welcome with him and his father. They are very kind and explain well in detail. The Lila villa is simply one of the most beautiful place I had the pleasure to visit. Luigino is a great host and I couldn’t recommend enough to stay at his place. Host was very nice. This place is super cute. Very stylish and fashionably decorated. Nice bathroom. Very close to most attractions. Host was accommodating with securing transfers from airport to apartment and holding luggage at checkout. However, it was cumbersome to find a taxi at departure (to our next destination). In apartment booklet on Wi-Fi, was helpful. Lots of stairs but Joey was kind to transport our luggage. Five stars. If ever in Rome, I'd stay here 10 out of 10!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

This was a great spot near Campo de' Fiori market. Edoardo and his assistant were great to work with, very responsive and helpful (helped us carry our suitcase up the stairs!) The apartment was nice and clean and the outside terrace made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is great with endless walkable destinations. Approx. 30 min walk to Vatican or Colosseum.

Fabio’s apartment is magical. Excellent central location steps to wonderful shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed. Excellent value. We didn’t have a problem with the steps and appreciated the extra workout after plates of pasta and gelato! If you have lots of luggage or problems climbing they might be challenging. The view was great too.

If you are searching for an amazing place to book in Rome…you can stop the search…you found it. If I could give 6 stars I would Very rare to have a one bedroom with a large, bed, a spacious kitchen and comfortable sitting area; and that is before the amazing roof top patio. A great place to have breakfast to start the day and drinks and snacks in the evening. At night the bedroom is quiet, as it is located in the back. You are located in a beautiful tree lined neighbourhood, full of shops, restaurants. An oasis after a visit to many of the crowded sites. I went to Rome to see the sites, not expecting Traverses to be one of them. Definitely made our trip to Rome special

Staying here was fantastic! We were met and helped to understand everything about the space and the area. The AC worked perfectly and the bed was comfy. It had charm and amenities and was very comfortable and clean. Laura and Roberto were wonderful- kind and responsive.

I had a fantastic stay! Communication before and during the visit was excellent—clear, helpful, and always friendly. The welcome was one of the best I’ve ever received, making me feel immediately at home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the vibrant and charming Trastevere neighborhood. It’s an ideal base for exploring Rome. This home was perfect for our family visiting Rome. We had two grandparents, two parents, and three boys aged 9-14. The room layouts gave us options for how to sleep, everything was clean and worked well. The location was incredible - while we used the bus a couple of times to get further, we walked to the Vatican, walked to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, could have walked to Colosseum. Within a block there are a few bus stops to get to various areas easily. It is a busy area, but once inside the home, it didn’t feel that way at all. Restaurants and gelato and groceries are all around! One of the biggest perks was all the information from Fede - he was so responsive and helpful. Lots of recommendations, which made the logistics easy. He arranged a van for us a couple of times - for 7 of us, it was pretty reasonable and made our transport from the airport and to the train station extremely easy.

We had a really nice holiday in Anzio. The house is really big with lovely patio, garden and pool area. It is also walking distance from the beach. I recommend you to visit Anzio and Nettuno when staying there. Astermilyn was very helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and stores near by. The area is quiet and peaceful so renting a car is much recommended.

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

This place greatly added to our vacation. We came to Claudio’s villa after a few days in Venice. Claudio’s place was exactly as described and so much more. The beautiful outdoor space provided a tranquil setting for us to retreat to after touring with the crowds in Rome. We enjoyed the quiet life of the oceanfront town and its easy walkable access to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. But the real gem was our access to Claudio. Not only did Claudio provide a respite but also all the extras : a fully stocked refrigerator with everything needed to make our first meal as well as daily transfers and pickup to and from the train station. He also took us to the airport at 4am. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we would book with Claudio again without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.

Amazing stay at the villa with the family, didn’t want to leave. 2 adults 4 kids. Had everything we needed and more. Lovely quiet area, close to shop, beach and bars. 1hr to Rome via bus and train. (Get the right bus tickets) Bus to and from airport was super easy and only cost €1.50 each Simonetta was great with communication, couldn’t have asked for more.
