Really pleasant house to stay in. There is a lot of space in the house, and it's well decorated and maintained. The pool area is thoughtfully landscaped, with flowering aloe that attracts hummingbirds, among other cool plants and trees, like a calabash tree. Great view of the harbor. There is a commercial port directly below the house, but it was not noisy or a bother at all. If you need a house this size on Saint Martin, it's pretty hard to beat the value of this option.

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Cole Bay. The home is in a quiet, secure neighbourhood and is comfortable and had everything we needed. We had coffee and breakfast at the house every morning and then headed out to a different beach each day, and then headed home for supper cooked at the house with supplies we picked up on the way home. Grocery stores are close by and are well stocked with everything we wanted. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the sunset every evening, along with being able to see the planes taking off and landing. Our hosts were kind, helpful and responsive within minutes to anything we needed.

This home was absolutely lovely. The place was very clean and spacious. The view on the hill is beautiful. In addition the manager of the property, Anil helped us out a couple times. He was never more than 10 min away and was very friendly/ informative. I would stay here again on my return.

This is a remarkable home and location. We could have stayed all day and soaked up the sun and views on the patio and in the lounge pool. The location is great to explore the island from. It is also quiet and peaceful. We decided to stay in the upper side of the island so getting to Orient Bay and Grand Case was a breeze. The home is within 15-20 minutes by car to some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. There’s also a great cafe within 10 minutes for coffee and pastries. Maia was very helpful and also taking advantage of the property concierge was very nice to get our trip started and help line up a few things for us. With two young children this was so perfect and the best vacation we’ve ever had!

Villa Victoria was a beautiful choice for our first time on the island! The home sits high in the hills of the Oyster Pond area overlooking the meticulously maintained pool, grounds and sea. The layout of the home was perfection for our party of 6 with 3 en-suite baths, and plenty of spots to take in the views from the top or bottom balconies. The home was very well maintained with 2 housekeeping visits during our stay and comfortable beds and furnishings. To top it off, Jenna is a responsive host who answers all questions within minutes and gave a detailed house and local area guide with excellent recommendations! We could not have picked a more ideal home!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

This was hands down one of the most incredible, unforgettable stays we've ever had. The moment we arrived, we were blown away by how secluded and peaceful the property was — completely tucked away in nature with nothing but the sound of the ocean surrounding us. Waking up to the view of the sea and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves every night was something out of a dream. The space was super clean had everything we needed and Melissa was super responsive although we barely had an questions. The hosts are located right upstairs but we felt very secluded. Wifi works great & hot showers any time of the day. **The location is tucked at the end of the island along slightly tricky / steep inclines / some unpaved roads. If you are not comfortable with driving on the island definitely keep that in mind. We have been to St Maarten over 20 times and are familiar with variable road conditions. Thank you so much for sharing this special place with us. We’ll never forget it.

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

I would definitely recommend booking a boat trip with Alain. The team comes to pick you up at the bnb and takes you all around the island. Our guide had so many good reccomendations about places to see around the island. The pool has floaties that you can use and there were lots of dishes you can use. Every room had a bathroom which is nice for big groups to get ready. The beds were comfy and the ac was amazing! The view from the bnb was great.

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

I really recommend this home for a stay in St. Martin. My driver had little trouble locating it because of the direction we took but that was resolved quickly. Very clean, comfortable, had everything I needed & more. From laundry, to dishes, to beach supplies. It's in the perfect location in Maho. I felt @ home. I'd stay here again! What ever questions or concerns I had Mario & his team responded quickly. Only con I will add is the king bed (master) is 2 twin mattresses... I kept falling between the mattresses which was annoying, along with my shower not having hot water after midnight. But the other shower was fine.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking panorama, crystal-clear waters. The home itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with every comfort we could ask for. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure magic. The location was also perfect, peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to local shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions. Our hosts went above and beyond, they even helped us book dinner reservations when we didn’t have international phone service, which made a huge difference in our trip. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a top-tier guest experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway by the sea, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

This is a very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset every evening, truly felt like paradise. The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in. Maryse was incredibly responsive and helpful—we asked for recommendations for local pastry shops, and she gave us plenty of great options! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge and the warm welcome sign when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located just above the beach at Friar’s Bay—don’t miss the beachside restaurants, they’re fantastic! There’s also a Super U supermarket nearby for all your essentials. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!

L'appartement de Véronique est impeccable, l'ameublement, la literie, les meubles et les électro-ménagers sont de très bonnes qualité. Il est très bien situé à Cul de Sac, toutes les plages du coin sont à proximité. J'ai passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement, je le recommande très fortement sans hésitation.

Notre séjour s'est vraiment bien passé. La villa est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. La piscine est juste gigantesque. Environnement calme et sécurisé. Joshua est hyper réactif et attentionné. Nous recommandons totalement cette location. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
