On 64 m² of living space you will find everything for a successful vacation - a fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (if necessary another pull-out couch) and a cozy living room. Conveniently located on the outskirts of the city, you can reach the top highlights in Vienna's city center in just 25 minutes.

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Travel time by car is about 20-30 minutes. Supermarket, hairdresser, tobacconist, restaurant and a park are within 100 meters!!!

They live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and have a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm yourself food. Micro, hot plate and dishes are there. In just a few steps you can reach the train ( S60 ) , with which you can reach Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bike

Discover Vienna around the turn of the century: In our classic Viennese Gründerzeit house, I designed this studio with lovingly selected historical and modern furnishing elements. In the bathroom with tub and rain shower, it relaxes particularly well after a city walk. Even in winter it is really cozy thanks to oak parquet with underfloor heating. With breakfast and small meals, you can always cater to yourself in the kitchen with a dishwasher.

It is located upstairs overlooking the garden and consists of a living room-bedroom, a small kitchen, an anteroom and a bathroom. The apartment is only 13 minutes by car from the airport. By bus you can reach the S-Bahn station in just 10 minutes and the subway station Simmering in 15 minutes.

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
